Saks Hair Knutsford

I had my hair done today I was very pleased with it. The hairdresser was very good.

Excellent service . Paula was keen to make sure I liked the colour .

I first heard about Saks Knutsford from where I work as we were given some vouchers for it, so I gave it a go. I was booked in with Estelle who was very easy to chat to and was not afraid to put some strong colour in my hair (I am naturally very dark haired and I often find new hairdressers don't believe me when I tell them my hair can handle bright colours). She even put braids in at the end after we'd spoken about hair styles and it looked Lovely! Would recommend them, even without the voucher it still would have cost less than my usual place.. possibly no longer my usual! Also done in a very timely fashion. However, next time I would like to see a stronger visible difference in colour-lift now I have had that first visit.

My highlights were done by Paula who created a gorgeous colour. Their apprentice, Rhea, then took over with cutting and styling. What a talented future stylist. She did a wonderful job and the team were all on hand to check. As an added bonus because Rhea is still training the hair cut/ styling was free!
All the girls at Saks are so friendly and welcoming. Considering it's a relatively new salon you're made to feel like you've been going there forever.
I would highly recommend Saks Knutsford.

A genuinely welcoming and helpful team of professionals. Emma is my hairdresser. She is an excellent stylist. She is also very approachable, patient, creative, and a highly competent colourist. She truly listens and works with you to ensure you achieve the look you came in for. I have fine hair but she cuts it so well, it has bounce and I love the colour too..it has lots of shine. Paula, the lovely boss, has hand picked her charming crew with care. They are all excellent stylists. I have noticed that lots of ladies come in to have their long hair blown for special occassions ... the results look absolutely amazing. I waited to do a review until I had been a few times. I have no hesitation in recommending this salon. Who ever does your hair, I am confident that you will be delighted... Everyone I see leaves the salon with a smile on their face and a beautiful head of hair. Thank you to Rhea too, who always looks after me and is very engaging.

A refreshed me!

Went for colour refresh and trim with the lovely Estelle. Every time I go in I feel that I really am listened to and suggestions and options are offered. Nothing seems too much trouble and the focus is on having fantastic healthy hair. Always feel smashing when I leave!

I’ve been to Saks 4 times now and the staff are so lovely. I always have my hair cut with Estelle and she’s great, always book my next appointment after my cut.

Estelle was great and listened to what I wanted and then did a great hi on my hair. Only advice would be to put the heating on! I was freezing!
