I had a brilliant experience at Saks Knutsford. I needed someone to correct a dodgy colour I'd had done at another salon and I was greeted by such friendly staff who welcomed me. Amy was lovely and professionally talked me through exactly what options there were and we decided the best course of action together - with her professional opinion and my ideas about what I wanted. She sorted my hair out and I love it now!

Paula and team are great. Skilled, friendly and I was very well looked after. Lovely environment and very good cup of tea. Would have been a small Glass of wine if it hadn't been before midday! Highly recommend.

Whilst visiting family I went to get my hair cut with Paula. I would recommend to anyone who wants an excellent haircut and blow dry within a salon which is friendly and very reasonably priced. First haircut only £25.... brilliant.

Although I live some distance away I will certainly be returning.

Emma is a genius at both cutting and colour. Rest of the staff are always welcoming too.

Salon running late but no measage received to advise of this so sitting with three children waiting. Expensive for children's trim , £25! So late in chair , we missed next appointment for nails which resulted in a penalty fee of £ 40! Will not visit again. Lady begind us advised running 40 min late . Should have phoned her also. Don't think she will be repeat customer either

Enjoyed the full head of highlights and cut. Stylist needs to appreciate that chatting the whole 3 hrs is not necessary. And the price - £130 for full head highlights cut and blow is way too much. £780 a year on my hair is not justifiable.

I needed a cut to perk up my "mum" long hair. On recommendation I had two inches chopped off into a long bob and it feels great. I also had a new shampoo recommended for my sensitive scalp. ?

I am now a regular as the salon offers good vale, service and atmosphere. Paula and the team are pleasant and efficient - with a lovely choice of drinks.

I've visited this new salon on a number of occasions and have not been disappointed. The salon is cool and airy with contemporary decor. All the stylists are delightful, always pleasant, polite and very professional. I would particularly recommend the Keratin Smooth Treatment.

Having been to a barbers all my life, I decided to take up an offer and went into Saks.

The stylist took the time to consult with me on what I wanted. It now looks better than ever, and I actually feel I came out of the salon with a style to my hair for the 1st time, I've already re-booked.

Although slight more expensive than a barber, but the final result shows.

What a great job! Love the colours. I disn't recognise myself for a while! ☺

My daughter was really pleased with her cut and the whole experience.

I had an appointment today with Amy for a blow dry. Amy told me about the Smartbond treatment and how it would improve my hair (damaged from colouring and perking) so I decided to try it.
Wow - my hair feels fabulous, soft and silky and already feels in better condition. Amy blow dried my hair beautifully so I have lovely soft, bouncing curls!
I will certainly be having the treatment regularly to improve my hair, thank you Amy for your great advice!

I went to Saks last week for a blow dry and thought it was so lovely! As soon as I walked in they made me feel very welcome and the young girl who did my hair was great! My blow dry was brilliant also and lasted all night long, I will 100% be returning! They offer fantastic prices too!!

The salon is calm and welcoming. The staff are pleasant and efficient, delighted with my first visit and I intend to return regularly.

I travelling to Knutsford on Sat by train for lunch with my friend and cocktails and as I stepped off the train the heavens opened, I had no umbrella and my hair just exploded lol, I have natural curl and my hair is like a mattress spring. No feeling very elegant as I was going out for lunch I popped into Saks and asked if someone could possibly straighten my hair and put me back to humanity. Well what a fantastic warm welcome, all staff were so pleasant and fully understood how I felt, myself and my friend were offered a glass of prosecco and we had a chat and the staff who recommended a fews bars. What a lovely experience and I would definitely return, thanks guys and good look for the future in your newly opened premises. Louise Cooper xx
