It was my first time here this week.
I met with Sarah, who is lovely and went above & beyond to fit me in quickly, as I was unhappy with a colour I’d had elsewhere.
I’m so pleased with the result.
Beautiful salon, great coffee and the massage chairs make the usual uncomfortable back wash, a nice relaxing experience.
I’d left it late to book for Christmas, but luckily the salon rang me later that day with a cancellation.
It’s so difficult finding a new salon, I only wish I’d come here years ago!!

It was my first time appointment at Terence Paul, and Bella was fantastic. I was nervous trying a new salon but Bella put me at ease and I am so beyond happy with the colour. I’ve already booked in my next two appointments. Highly recommend.

Visited Katrina for the first time for my colour and so so happy with it, loved the whole salon experience, amazing!

Disappointed that the child’s cut that I booked for my daughter was charged at the full price of an adult cut, £40.50 Apparently ‘with a wash’ is no longer charged at a child’s price. We were offered a dry cut at the child’s price of £27! A shame as we have been having her hair cut here since she was a baby and always been really happy with the service. I was also only notified on arrival. If this had been mentioned to me at the time of booking I wouldn’t have gone ahead. Website needs to be updated with this info also. I won’t be rebooking.

Katrina is the most friendly, knowledgeable hairdresser. I have been coming to Katrina for over a year now and she still takes the time to discuss exactly what I would like to do at each appointment and whether I’ve been happy with the hair colour and style since my last appointment- which I always am.

Her knowledge of colour is amazing and the way she blends my hair colour is so good which I think can be difficult for a stylist to do well. Her training is always up to date and I’ve seen her progress to Manager since I started seeing her and I can see why. She takes the time to get to know you as a client. She’s a great role model to the trainees and other stylists and you can see she has a lovely relationship with them. She has introduced me to some products for my hair which have really helped improve and maintain its condition, as the salon has such a great selection of products available- and usually I wouldn’t know where to start with what would be good for my hair. Knutsford is such a nice salon and I travel to see Katrina here, as she knows my hair so well. Katrina will continue to make a success of the salon xxxx

I was upset and humiliated when she messed up my colour leaving the front grey with a purple hue (I am blond)
Whereas I understand mistakes happen - she proceeded to infer loudly that it was somehow my fault, the whole salon was looking.
She then said she didn’t have time to put it right as she had other clients (who never actually materialised) . I told her she needed to put it right . She did this grudgingly.
I was horrified by her attitude.
When did it become ok to belittle your client?
I’ve been a client here for seven years - hairdressing is a saturated market - but the lack of respect she showed me, ensured I shall never set foot in your salon again

Katrina’s work is excellent the colours she does and the extensions are just amazing, nothing is to much trouble for Katrina. She values her clients. I can’t thank Katrina enough for making every visit to the Salon enjoyable and leaving with great hair every time

Katrina took over from Charlie with my hair (who I have been to for the last 7 years) having very fine and not much hair my confidence was on the ground. Katrina has been AMAZING!! So kind and she completely understands my hair type and what can be achieved without damage. I had my hair done yesterday and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! It’s actually the best it’s ever looked so for that I am truly thankful xxx
