Charlie always does a fabulous job on my colour and cut, and I leave the salon feeling like a million dollars. I am surprised that since covid restrictions have been lifted I am still expected to bring my own reusable gown and the use of disposable towels which does not prevent the water from making my clothes damp is disappointing. It doesn’t quite feel like the high-end experience I’m paying for.

Thrilled as always, David knows what I like and never disappoints, he happens to be a super nice guy to boot.

Charlie has been my hairdresser for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. A few tweaks here and there over the years for colour and cut but always delighted when I leave.

Charlie has been cutting my hair for some time and is consistently excellent. The salon was quiet but the staff were friendly and helpful (as ever).

Charlie is very good. I'm always satisfied. She focuses on what she sets out to do. She is always easy to talk to.

I paid £170 for my hair yesterday and I’m still sat in an uncomfortable throwaway gown and I’m totally sick of it. Nowhere else is doing this and for the amount you charge I would expect a lot more. It’s unfair to everyone working there having to keep answering clients questions as to why they are still being used. Everyone is sick of it, sort it out

Nothing is ever too much trouble for Sarah- she always does such a super job on my daughter’s haircut and makes it a lovely experience for her at the same time. She is incredibly kind and patient with my children. Thank you so much.
