About us

Salon owner Annmarie started her Toni & Guy career 20 years ago as a young receptionist with the company. Annmarie’s motivation saw her rise through the Toni & Guy career ladder & she became the first non Hairdressing Franchisee within Toni & Guy.

Knutsford Toni & Guy opened its doors 10 years ago back in 2007 & quickly put Knutsford on the map with Salon Of The Year Nominations 3 years running.

Salon owner Annmarie’s friendly, personal approach has meant many of her original team are still at Knutsford.

The salon truly is a place clients love to be & has grown to become a family friendly bustling salon at the heart of the Knutsford community.

As leaders in the Hairdressing industry & with the continuous training our team enjoys we bring the latest hair trends, colours & award winning product range label.m to Knutsford.

Excellent service from Jamie. The only reason I didn’t award atmosphere five stars is bs side the sun was shining directly into my eyes and there was no blind to reduce this so it felt very exposed to the sunlight. Other then this, my salon experience was perfect!

Following my keratin treatment earlier in the week I went into the salon a couple of days later but this time for a wash and blow dry with Emma. I have thick mixed race hair that takes a lot of taming, Emma totally understands my hair and how to get the best results. I was beyond ecstatic with how sleek my hair was, it’s movement and shine. As a result of my two visits to the salon, Im going to be booking in much more often from now on!

I had the nano keratin treatment last week. It had been a good few months since my last visit to the salon but as soon as you step through the doors Ann-Marie and the team are so welcoming it’s as if you’ve never been away! This was the first time Liz had done my hair and I have to say she was absolutely brilliant. Professional, knowledgable and really lovely to boot! My thick, mixed race hair is not for the faint hearted which resulted in the process taking longer than anticipated. Liz and apprentice Safi (also brilliant) stayed an hour after closing time to get the job done, they really went the extra mile in providing a fantastic service and I am just so grateful and thrilled with the results!

A good cut, but...

I was pleased with the quality of the cut, no problem at all. However, just before that I had my hair washed by a younger member of staff (my apologies, I didn’t catch her name) who was very friendly and polite, but had extremely long and very sharp nails. Now I do realise that this is a style thing, but they are wholly unsuitable for someone whose main role is washing hair! They were sufficiently sharp to scratch the backs of my ears quite significantly to the point where wearing glasses is uncomfortable at the moment. I’m sure this will fix itself by tomorrow but I just thought you should know. Also, perhaps a bit of training regarding a ‘head massage’ wouldn’t go amiss. It was uncomfortable and unwelcome and I have never understood why anyone tries to do this. Please, just stop it!

I’m not sure the name of my stylist but the lady with a tan and dark hair with lighter ends who did my colour beautifully. The guy who cut my hair cut it perfectly and the girl in between who washed my hair was very careful to ensure the water wasn’t too hot and I was comftable. Basically every staff member who was in there delivered a high quality customer service and it was a pleasure to get my hair done there.

The treatments I had today totalled £166 and I’ve left the salon with brown dye all over my hairline. I wasn’t so obvious in the salon but I’m shocked this wasn’t sorted out in the salon and they let me leave with it like this.

Salon owner Annmarie started her Toni & Guy career 20 years ago as a young receptionist with the company. Annmarie’s motivation saw her rise through the Toni & Guy career ladder & she became the first non Hairdressing Franchisee within Toni & Guy.

Knutsford Toni & Guy opened its doors 10 years ago back in 2007 & quickly put Knutsford on the map with Salon Of The Year Nominations 3 years running.

Salon owner Annmarie’s friendly, personal approach has meant many of her original team are still at Knutsford.

The salon truly is a place clients love to be & has grown to become a family friendly bustling salon at the heart of the Knutsford community.
