About us

Salon owner Annmarie started her Toni & Guy career 20 years ago as a young receptionist with the company. Annmarie’s motivation saw her rise through the Toni & Guy career ladder & she became the first non Hairdressing Franchisee within Toni & Guy.

Knutsford Toni & Guy opened its doors 10 years ago back in 2007 & quickly put Knutsford on the map with Salon Of The Year Nominations 3 years running.

Salon owner Annmarie’s friendly, personal approach has meant many of her original team are still at Knutsford.

The salon truly is a place clients love to be & has grown to become a family friendly bustling salon at the heart of the Knutsford community.

As leaders in the Hairdressing industry & with the continuous training our team enjoys we bring the latest hair trends, colours & award winning product range label.m to Knutsford.

I’d never had Lyndsey colour my hair before, however not once did she bother to introduce herself to me. She then spent just over an hour doing my colour and not once did she ever try and make conversation - I was just ignored the whole time, as if I was an inconvenience. I am incredibly disappointed with such awful customer service.

The only thing that made this hair appointment bearable was Christian... he could not have been kinder and really made me feel at ease. He cut my hair brilliantly and I would recommend him to anyone.

I sort out a senior stylist at Toni and Guy due to not having my hair cut for over a year due to illness. Because of this my hair was very long and heavy and lacked any flattering shape or definition. It was a last minute appointment so I made the commute over an hour to a salon I trusted. ***** was very pleasant and took around 6inches from my hair which I agreed would make it more manageable and healthier. I asked for long layers throughout my hair. My hair was blown curly (natural curly hair so I wear both ways) and I headed home. Upon getting home and having a closer look at my hair I have noticed it is much longer and heavier around my face than at the back. I proceeded to straighten my hair to get a good look at it and I have to say I was extremely disappointed with the results. The hair that frames my face is over an inch longer than layers behind it, making me look rather gaunt (the exact look I was wanting to get away from) The layers throughout the back of my hair are also irregular and the overall finish on my hair is rather disappointing. I went to the salon yesterday hoping a fresh cut would make me feel like the confident person I was a year ago and Found myself feeling rather low and disappointed. Although I found ***** very pleasant and could not fault his manners or gentlemanly way I am now going to have to try and get my hair fixed today at another salon and hope it doesn't jeopardise any more length off my hair. My thought process was that a big named salon with a seasoned hair stylist would be a smart move with my confidence so low....unfortunately I was wrong and it has left me extremely disappointed and upset.

Well I spent 3 hours of my life getting my hair fixed after visiting your salon. The hairdresser I saw after my visit was stunned at the job that had been done and questioned the ability of the previous hairdresser. I am a very understanding person and get that sometimes mistakes happen, but to be allowed to leave and no one hold their hands up and say a mistake had been made is unacceptable. I would like to give a zero star rating, but you have to put at least one. I will be taking this further to get my money back.

Salon lacked atmosphere lots of staff on phones I'm sorry but the atmosphere was lethargic, dull and frankly I could not wait to get out. My blow dry was a complete disappointment, the products put on were completely wrong for my hair type, it felt heavy and looked dull. I have naturally curly hair, lots but very fine. I usually feel light headed but felt unnatural and heavy if you followed me. Felt there was no team spirit or empathy about the place. I have had Bev in the past and she has been fab, upbeat, understood my hair and positively professional. Hope the feedback helps bring vibrancy to the salon which in my opinion is severely lacking.! I run my own business and you don't get a second chance to make a first impression....wake up girls!

Salon owner Annmarie started her Toni & Guy career 20 years ago as a young receptionist with the company. Annmarie’s motivation saw her rise through the Toni & Guy career ladder & she became the first non Hairdressing Franchisee within Toni & Guy.

Knutsford Toni & Guy opened its doors 10 years ago back in 2007 & quickly put Knutsford on the map with Salon Of The Year Nominations 3 years running.

Salon owner Annmarie’s friendly, personal approach has meant many of her original team are still at Knutsford.

The salon truly is a place clients love to be & has grown to become a family friendly bustling salon at the heart of the Knutsford community.
