Kris did an amazing job with my colour. During lockdown my roots had got pretty bad and he freshened then up no problem. The colour is always really close to the root and he takes time to put plenty of highlights in. I totally trust him with my hair and I’m really delighted to be back blonde again!

Toni was ace! Listened to what I wanted and gave me a brilliant haircut. Also made sure everything was very clean and hygienic.

Had such a wonderful experience in store today. PPE was provided and everything was to a very high standard. Daryl did an amazing job on my hair and was an absolute delight to talk to. Will definitely be going back to him in the future, he is a credit to the store! Receptionist was also lovely and very professional too.

Very relaxing experience, staff were welcoming. Stylist gave same level of service as before. Felt very safe, salon had excellent practises and was very clean.

Therapist was good, but appointment was late by half an hour which was added discomfort sitting in a mask and meant I (mum) missed a lot more work than I planned on.

A great visit to the salon yesterday, and so happy with my cut and blow dry - Daryl you work magic! Personally preferrred the amount of space around us and having my stylist wash as well as cut my hair. Receptionist very welcoming too and atmosphere lovely and calm.

This was my first hair cut since lockdown started and I badly needed my hair reshaped. I am over the moon with the finished cut and this was thanks to Daryl my stylist. It was my first time with him and he took care to listen to what I wanted, made great suggestions and gave me a great cut. Highly recommend this salon - I’ve been coming for over 10 years now and it is always friendly and welcoming. They have also gone the extra mile when it comes to providing masks, single use towels, and protection during these COVID times.

Daryl, was fantastic today. Put me at my ease in a very bizarre set of circumstances and did a great job of my hair. Will pass in the good word to my friends and will definitely book in with Daryl next time!

I am a new client to the salon only been twice before today. Kris did my colour and Daryl the cut. Nothing to much trouble. Staff really friendly. Linda on reception also friendly and helpful too

I showed him a picture of the hairstyle I wanted and asked him to cut my hair asymmetric bob and when he finished I told him that it was good at the front but at the back it needed a little cutting, but he refused and said that he had other appointments to do. Overall the service was bad because he made me wait 20-30 minutes and then didn't even had time for my appointment because his excuse was that he had other appointments to do. I had my hair washed, cutted and dried for £59 and last time the same guy had my hair massaged, washed, cut and blow dry for the price that was less than £40. I left very disappointed ?

Had the most amazing hair transformation. Kris was very good at explaining what was possible with my hair in today’s appointment. The salon was very clean, well spaced for social distancing. The new floor and grey walls are a nice new addition

Service just as good. Salon clean, PPE packs available and whilst different to normal, I am so glad to have got a proper haircut!

I am always more than happy with the level of attentiveness, customer care and service that I receive every time I visit the salon and I can honestly say that the only difference I noticed for me yesterday was having to put my own PPE on and wear a face mask during my visit! It was less busy obviously for safe social distancing and the constant cleaning and sanitising wasn’t intrusive at all. I felt as relaxed and as well taken care of as always.

How incredible to get my hair cut at last. Toni gave a brilliant consultation, and took her time.

The salon has been revamped and looks so clean sleek and modern now. From stepping in the door to leaving was safe and secure , stations all cleaned and well spaced .
My only comment make a brew in a disposable cup ?
