It’s easy to pull off a one-time great customer experience, it’s much harder to maintain exceptionally high standards time after time- and that’s what Daryl and his team achieve every time I visit his salon. Daryl has created a culture of professionalism with his team, delivering excellent customer service, skilled and creative hair styling and colouring. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

Lucy went above and beyond to take my hair from a really dark brown (almost black) with bright orange tips and under colour to an all over ash blonde colour. My hair was well cared for and both Lucy and Amy who completed this process for me made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I am more than happy with my lightening result. I currently have an all over, even colour which will be a great base for the next stage of my process and can’t wait to return to continue this in the next few weeks. Thank you girls!

Had the most amazing pedicure & lash lift & tint with Sophie yesterday!
She truly makes you feel so welcome and provides the best treatments!! I felt so relaxed, as I’m 9 months pregnant she made me feel the most relaxed I’ve felt For so long!
Even made sure I had a drink at all times, was comfortable when laying down and I can’t wait to go back already!

I’m delighted with Daryl and Rachel- they are a fantastic team and I really trust them to look after me.

It was a very last minute haircut, that I’d been postponing for months, I very much have a love hate relationship with haircuts. Daryl was perfect and had me leaving the chair smiling a lot!!

Sophie has been doing my waxing for about 4 years now and I will never go anywhere else. She is lovely, easy going and excellent value.

Daryl did an excellent job of fitting me in early and an excellent cut of my long hair into a bob.

I hadn’t been to a hairdressers in 10yrs and was very nervous, but couldn’t have book into a more professional and amazing salon. The experience from start to finish was incredible and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. Toni made me feel at ease and knew exactly what I wanted. It’s just what I wished for! Having a big changed in style can be scary, but I don’t regret it at all! Excellent service, so so pleased and shall be returning!!

Emily was fantastic…
I came in for a colour correction (balayage colour that I didn’t like from another salon) and she was able to mix the perfect toner for me.

I have visited this salon for a number of years and it never disappoints total professionalism throughout.

From the minute I arrived, the lady on the desk was very friendly, and my stylist Daryl was hilarious and did my hair beautifully, just the boost I needed. The salon was very clean and the coffee was delicious! Will be back!

I don't believe my bob is straight - said so at the time but was told - it's because you have your head up an then I wasn't confident she was going to improve it.

Daryl is an artist and naturally talented. I suggest something and he works his magic.

It is especially good to hear about the apprenticeship scheme offered by Toni & Guy. I heard all about this from one of the apprentices in Macclesfield who was really enthusiastic about her training with Tony & Guy. I would like to say, what an excellent opportunity for young people offered by T & G especially in the current difficult times when so many are seeking to obtain quality skilled employment.

Great cut with Toni as always and were very considerate with my situation as a career for a vulrenable person. Great to see masks still being worn by most staff despite them not being mandatory

Very good at thinning hair. We tried curls, as my hair is very thick, and at a stage of not being able to style it. Julia did really well.

Excellent as always

Absolutely delighted with my daughters high school haircut. Julia was lovely, she listened to what we wanted and gave her the best cut she’s ever had. I’ll be booking with Julia myself now having seen how good she is.

She was in Edinburgh (not Macclesfield ) I think her name was Rachel - very Jordy accent - lovely girl, great hair do - would be very happy to have my hair done by her again.

So friendly and well looked after Ps Linda deserves a mention. She’s such a welcome face and always greets everyone with a huge smile ? .

Great to have new colourists , easy to get an appt . Salon is clean fresh and reinvented under Daryl . Please can I suggest with all the new staff can you do a mini bio on your Facebook page , or a little pic and bio on the salon wall . The new app has lots of options to book but we lay people have no idea what some things are so a bit of a weekly blog on things might be good
