It’s been a year since I first walked through Francescos hair salon doors to meet with Becky for a cut and colour. The first experience was excellent in every way and a year on I can honestly say every visit is enjoyable. I am always delighted with the condition and cut of my hair and the warm welcome from everyone in the salon. Highly recommend especially if you want a very light / white blonde colour. Thanks Becks, your efforts much appreciated.

Hello - I had colour by Becs and blow dry from Jess. As soon as I walked in I was asked if I was being taken care of right up to the lady minute when I left. Excellent.
Great colour experience by someone who really know their stuff. Definitely expert level. Very thorough, very quick and super efficient and really worked to make my hair the best it could be and to adjust to the last colour experience and a recent holiday.
Blow dry was very well done

I am 82 years of age & I have gone to the Nantwich Francesco salon for over 20 years & never once felt dissatisfied .

Exceptional babylights and toner, the result being exactly what I wanted. I’m always very concerned for the health of my hair and the impact bleach has, Becky mitigated risk with her clever application and use of treatments and products throughout. Thank you and highly recommend

Laura is lovely and this isn't a reflection on her ability or friendly nature.
My disappointment is with price vs service. I began using your salon in 2023 with Marta, she trimmed my hair, dried it and sometimes curled it for approx £35. My hair length has not changed, though with Marta being on maternity leave I was given Laura as a stylist. I understand that Laura is of higher qualification and therefore more expensive, however today I was charged £58 for a cut and blow dry, no curling. I find it too expensive, I have about 1 inch taken off, all 1 length, and I feel as though I'm paying for a lot more.

Excellent service as always. Always looked after and Bex always friendly and chatty.

I was welcomed by Jill and offered a coffee while I waited a few moments for Matt to complete the finishing touches to his previous client.
Matt had a pleasant and relaxed yet professional manner and was able to provide some styling suggestions for my receding hairline.

He did not ask where I was going for my next holiday but was able to hold a conversation while cutting my hair and told me how he lhas recently taken up cold water swimming.

Very happy with my experience

Matthew was attentive and respectful.
He listened to my requests carefully and responded appropriately.
Matthew did not overbear me with personal views of the world/politics neither did he chat inanely.
He was effective and efficient and I loved the outcome.
