Kirsty went above & beyond expectations to create the desired look I was looking for. We discussed in detail what I was looking to achieve after unfortunately making a ‘mistake’ in a previous hair appointment elsewhere. Kirsty is extremely professional and her knowledge is second to none, she made me feel so welcome and at ease as I was apprehensive about trying to go back to where I was before.
