This was my first haircut for over 2 and a half years and I am so pleased with it. Kirsty listened to me and understood exactly what I wanted, gave me advice on my texture and how to style. I bought my daughter in tonight for a cut and finish. She is 13 and has autism , so we booked later in the day so it would be quieter. Zoe was really lovely with her all the way through, listening to what hollie wanted and did a fantastic cut. hollie is really shy and struggles with anxiety alot. She was as comfortable as I could have hoped for in the salon, all the other staff in there kept commenting on how nice her hair looked and she left feeling like the bees knees. Such a positive experience for her so hopefully she will be at ease to return and not leave it so long between cuts now we've found TPL. Thankyou all , this was a huge positive step for us and I'm very grateful to you for making it this way!

I came in for my appointment yesterday and showed Abbie what I had in mind for the colour and cut as I fancied a change. Abbie shared her knowledge and advice on how we were going to achieve what I had in mind. Abbie carried out the service beautifully with a good chat and supplied me with drinks and made sure I was comfortable throughout the time I was there. I also had a lovely hair wash with Neve who was also very pleasant and ensured that I was comfortable. The end results of my hair is absolutely stunning, I feel like a new woman! Wanted my hair cutting short from very long, I was dubious as I have very stubborn hair that shows up every cut and doesn’t shape very well, stylists in the past haven’t done what I’ve asked. Abbie listened and knew exactly what I needed. She described my hair as I knew it, so it was nice knowing she knew what she was dealing with. Really happy with the finish!

I was put in the hands of the very talented Zoe. I have always wanted to go red from my mousey brown colour, but I was never brave enough.
The transformation process was so fun and Zoe is very knowledgeable. I am absolutely in love with my new look. I only wish I could post a before and after pic to show you the wonders this stylist performed.

Can not praise Abbie enough!, she was so welcoming and really helped me decide what I wanted.
I'm terrible at explaining what I want with my hair and she just made it so much easier.
The whole salon was beautiful and well put together, giving a relaxing and calm experience.
Even though the salon was busy it did not feel loud or overwhelming which was really nice.
Abbie was super helpful with aftercare products which I was in great need for and there was no pressure to buy anything if I did not want to.
I have booked back in for multiple appointments and left the salon feeling like a whole new woman!.
