Today I drove all the way from Liverpool to get my hair perm!! I rang up 2 days ago and I was just hoping to get it done!! But I went in the girls was lovely really made me feel comfortable and welcome! Then today I went in to get my hair done Kirsty was a legend!! She was lovely took her time with me explained it all to me chatted to me all the way through my treatment and teated me with nothing but respect!!! I had the best experience and I would drive from Liverpool for my hair anytime of the week!! I can’t thank you enough you have changed my life!! No more caps for me!! Thank you again can’t wait to see you in a couple of months!

Brill & talented stylist, very friendly atmosphere with nice staff that are keen to look after you. They listen to what you want and don’t disappoint with a relaxing head massage thrown in!

Been a while since finding an salon and having a hair cut lovely and friendly staff jenna made me feel welcome and worked her magic to make me feel me again thank you so much see you for the next appointment :)

Throughout my whole experience in your TPL Salon I was made to feel very welcome. Whilst having my hair washed Eli asked if I would like a head massage and once finished my hair was wrapped in a towel very securely - so nice not to need any rubbing. Very pleased and impressed with the cut itself and they dried it beautifully prior to only requiring a short use of the straighteners. I was asked at various times if I would like a drink and at appropriate times if I would like certain products used on my hair. Well done Eli and thank you very much.

She is superb. Such a lovely person and the colour was just as I wanted it.

Kirsty was friendly and welcoming. I emphasised wanting to preserve the length of my hair and add curtain bangs. Kirsty did just that and styled my hair perfectly. She gave me fantastic aftercare advice and curled my hair beautifully. I left with my hair feeling healthier and smelling amazing. I am looking forward to coming back in a few months

There was little bit confusion created in my appointment. I called twice to confirm whether my appointment is confirmed or not but when I arrived at salon, it wasn’t showing on their system, don't know what happened . But Kirsty was very supportive and provided me next available appointment on the same day.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the salon. The receptionist was very polite and helpful when I couldn’t find parking. Kirsty was very efficient and skilful. Lovely salon and people definitely booking my next haircut there again.

Friendly staff and very attentive. This was my first time in the salon but it certainly won't be the last.
