Excellent service! I always get a bit nervous going to a hairdressers, but Claire was fantastic, put me at ease without knowing I needed it, took the time to understand what I was hoping to achieve, and the end result was even better than I expected! Thank you so much
Absolutely love the salon and the team I’ve been with you for around 15 years maybe more . I have noticed that probably over the past 6 months or so I seem to be charged varying prices for the same procedure - I always ask to be booked in for the same every 4 weeks. This is roots or partial - I was told that they are the same price but one includes a nice blow dry and less colour and the other is more colour and a blast dry. But each time I seem to be getting charged a different amount. Today the lady on reception ( who is lovely by the way!) role me it was £65 - after some clarification I paid £53 but I used to pay £40 odd I think £44 at one stage . I also had this with no notification as the girls become more qualified which I get but at time of booking nobody tells you the bill if going to be more .. and it can be substantial if coming each month over the year . Not a bad word to say about the service or the team I love them all but now makes me a bit nervous and not fair on the lady on reception for this to be queried each time. I hope that makes sense .
