The title says it all. So many salons are good for your first/second visit but then you start to feel not listened to, service not great, cut a bit average etc. This never happens at Francesco’s; the whole experience remains at an exceptionally high standard time after time. All the staff are excellent but Claire cuts my hair and I’ve never been happier.

Unfortunately to get both of my stylists on the same day was not possible so my visit was the next day for my cut. As someone was blowing my hair I was told that, due to sickness, my cut would not be done by the stylist who was booked to do it and I was offered an alternative, not one of the your top stylists, but a different one. As I needed my hair done for the weekend I had no choice but to accept this. I love your Northwich branch and have been going to it for a long time and hope to continue doing so. I do understand that people get ill suddenly but the pleasure I get from my visit was greatly diminished.
