Always a pleasure and left with my hair feeling wonderful ready for the weekend. Someone said to me that it must be a nightmare going to the hairdressers on a hot Saturday morning! I said absolutely not, it's like a relaxation therapy! With champagne if I wanted it however I prefer a nice cuppa!

Pretty upset about my cut. I asked for a “long bob” with the front to my collar bone with a graduation to shorter at the back. But I have come away with pretty much classic bob. Doesn’t feel worth the money and I’m upset that it’s so much shorter than I wanted. I’ve had it short before and loved it, but this cut is very unflattering. I’m feeling very self conscious, hoping I’ll get used to it.
I am sorry to hear the classic bob is not the cut you requested Jenna, we want you to be happy with your hair cut. I would like to give you a call to get this put right for you.

Been coming for years ! Always make you feel super welcome, special and pampered whilst there . I will go with any of the colour specialists or stylists as I completely trust them all knowing they are all highly skilled, fully trained and always work their magic to do a great job. I love that they are all honest with their expert and personal views and advice and don’t just ‘go with’ an idea when looking for a change. Always accommodating and go out of their way to squeeze you in when best suits you. Love the products and love that they don’t push these onto you. Others salons are all about the upsell. Always feed and water you well with their range of hot and cold drinks ( the hot chocolate is amazing) and biscuits. Team Loretta all the way - thank you !
