Another fantastic facial with Olivia. With her guidance I’m trying a Caci Facial and my skin feels brilliant already. Can’t recommend Olivia and Serenity highly enough. She really looks after you, she’s so caring and skilled and professional. If you have any skin concerns book and see her and she will give you fantastic advice you can trust.

I had a bespoke facial with the amazing Karrie . Peel , mask, light therapy , lymphatic drainage . Whilst my mask and light were on I had fantastic relaxing neck and scalp massage .

I had a dermalux facial. I booked a course of 3. Amazingly smoothing and plumping result as well as wonderfully relaxing with the massage.
Very good for my rosacea skin as it’s light therapy rather than lots of peeling and rubbing.

Very pleasant experience.
Lucy (I think it was) did a very good foot tidy for me and applied polish to my requirements. Only one point, not much attention was given to the heel areas- these get dry and are on show when on holiday wearing open backed footwear.

IPL is a brilliant treatment for skin rejuvenation and treating pigmentation. Sharon is expert in making you feel comfortable and explaining the process and end result expectation. I have had this treatment over a number of years and can’t recommend it enough.

As always Lucy gave me a great pedicure. All staff are always very friendly .

I am receiving laser treatment to remove facial hairs. The therapist is very professional and I am receiving excellent treatment. The salon staff are warm and friendly. I am three quarters of the way through my treatment and the results are very good.

There’s just nothing I don’t love about this salon! Amazing, friendly, welcoming reception staff ( let’s be honest it makes a change ) and Karrie is just magic! The facials have completely changed my skin for the better , I leave feeling calm and relaxed following my massages and my eyebrows are always on point! Her knowledge blows me away..
