A lovely relaxing back massage- so much care was taken to ensure that the pressure was ok and focussed on the knots in my neck/shoulders. Lovely experience…..highly recommend.

As usual Karen did a great job of my eyebrows, I cannot praise this salon enough for having the perfect mix of friendliness and Proffesionalism.

Karen is amazing.. today I didn’t have Karen, I booked last minute. I told the therapist where the pain was, she didn’t listen, told me it was another cause. I wasn’t sure if the massaged had fully started so reserved judgement - then it was finished. I did leave feedback but still expected to pay full price so I was disappointed with the massage and disappointed with the customer service.

Olivia was very welcoming,I unexpectedly had my 3year old granddaughter with me and Olivia made it clear it wasn't a problem. She chatted to her and showed her a video of her budgie. I was very pleased with my eyebrows and I would definitely recommend her .

Karen is exceptional! She has an excellent understanding of the human body and never fails to deliver a massage (short or long) which sorts out my aches and pains. I’ve had my fair share of massages throughout my life but hands down Karen is the best. Never used any services other than massage but if the rest of the therapists pay as much attention to detail and deliver as good a service as Karen then I’m sure they’re fabulous!

I’m new to this ‘time for me’ stuff.
My latest appointment with Olivia was a good as ever. Pedicure with polish removal and new put on and a gel nail remove and reapply, great selection of colours. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, everywhere clean and tidy. Can’t wait for my next one in 3 weeks time.
