About us

TONI&GUY Stockton Heath opened in the town in 2004.

We are committed to providing the ultimate salon experience, paying great attention to customer service. Our talented team of stylists and technicians are on hand to give you expert advice on the latest trends and services.

Members of our salon are part of the TONI&GUY Session Team and have worked alongside the International Artistic Team on catwalk shows at London Fashion Week, bringing the latest trends from the catwalk to our clients.

Members of our Colour team hold the prestigious L’Oreal Colour Degree- their knowledge and expertise are on hand to advise you on the latest colours and techniques.

We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair, the NanoKeratin Smoothing blow-dry and Raccoon Hair extensions. Our wide range of haircare products include label.m, Kerastase, GHD, Moroccan Oil, L’Oreal, Tangle Teezer to keep your hair salon perfect until your next visit.

I am a regular customer and was very very privileged to get appointments as soon as the salon opened. My poor mum was not so lucky and had been told by her salon that she could not be seen until August!

Following the lockdown I could not wait to get back to the salon to have my colour and trim. What a fantastic experience it was, from the minute I arrived, I was promptly taken to my seat, was provided with my own mask and gown. I was then asked about my hair, the colour, how I was feeling about my cut etc The whole experience was very professional, the salon looks amazing and I cane away feeling fabulous.

Liz coloured and Kai cut and blow dried my hair. They did a phenomenal job as always. The newly refurbished salon looks fabulous and all of the COVID procedures were excellent. Two small things I would suggest- worth letting clients know what to expect in advance via a brief text- masks, gowns, combs single use and provided, bring your own drinks etc. And for stylists, the visors are great but face shields protrude quite far out and just need to ensure they are worn low enough to cover stylists mouth.

Can’t express how fantastic all the team at Toni and Guy Stockton Heath have been over the last couple of weeks. I received a lovely personal welcome back email from Lilly to book my first appointment back, followed by a face to face telephone consultation to discuss my colour prior to my appointment. The newly refurbished salon looks incredible as well as feeling extremely safe after the current situation, made to feel really relaxed with plenty of space between other customers and staff, with packs providing face masks. Elle did a brilliant job on my colour, really listening to what I wanted and how my hair has changed . Claire as usual cut my hair beautifully leaving me feeling more like my old self. What a lovely uplift after the last four months, thanks so much guys!

Wonderful (if not Also a bit weird!) experience in the fabulous newly revamped salon! In this new world of safety masks, throwaway PPE and towels etc it was lovely to be back & get a great cut & colour.... in a weird new world it was great to feel safe & to have another quality treatment and cut by Liz again!

Both in the salon and my haircut. It was as comfortable and relaxing as it's always been. I was provided with the necessary PPE. I'm really pleased with the way the salon staff kept in touch during lockdown and now feel tons better for having a good hair cut.

My first appointment since the coronavirus pandemic, l was a little nervous, but from the moment l walked in the salon l felt very safe. They have done everything possible to keep you safe. Hand sanitizer, your own personal pack, your not near any other clients. And the refurbishment is absolutely beautiful.

I don’t normally leave reviews but in this present climate I feel it necessary ;
I’ve Been coming to Toni & guy Stockton Heath for about 10yrs & Claire has cut my hair throughout this time. I visited today prior to the salon closing for 2 weeks and despite the circumstances Claire and her staff were their usual happy & professional selves.
Aside from Claire being an excellent hairdresser who always gives me just what I ask for in a haircut she is extremely passionate and loyal to all her staff & her clients, this was more noticeable today.
I sincerely hope that normal service will resume soon, If not I for one will be glad to wait.
