TONI&GUY Stockton Heath opened in the town in 2004.

We are committed to providing the ultimate salon experience, paying great attention to customer service. Our talented team of stylists and technicians are on hand to give you expert advice on the latest trends and services.

Members of our salon are part of the TONI&GUY Session Team and have worked alongside the International Artistic Team on catwalk shows at London Fashion Week, bringing the latest trends from the catwalk to our clients.

Members of our Colour team hold the prestigious L’Oreal Colour Degree- their knowledge and expertise are on hand to advise you on the latest colours and techniques.

We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair, the NanoKeratin Smoothing blow-dry and Raccoon Hair extensions. Our wide range of haircare products include label.m, Kerastase, GHD, Moroccan Oil, L’Oreal, Tangle Teezer to keep your hair salon perfect until your next visit.

I will be honest after my first experience in the salon today I wasn’t impressed or happy with the outcome of my hair. I have very fine/thin hair and decided to try Toni and Guy as it has a good reputation. The customer service I was given was fine, reception were friendly, I was offered a drink and the stylist asked what I wanted. However the rest of my feedback isn’t so good, the girl that washed my hair practically tickled my scalp and I didn’t feel it was at all washed properly. My stylist cut my hair as asked but when it came to the blow dry I was shocked to see no volume mousse or styling product applied, which I need for such fine hair. My hair was then blown with the hairdryer and stylist fingers before 5 minutes blow drying with a flat brush with no volume given at all to my roots. My hair was then sprayed with rather a lot of hairspray. The end result was my hair looked like I had washed it and left it to dry on its own and it was flat and looked like it hadn’t been styled. I was then taken to reception to pay and was shocked that I had been in for under half an hour and was charged £51.
I was in there the same time as a gentleman, and not happy with the overall look. I came home washed my hair and restyled it to which was far better than when I had left the salon.
I understand there needs to be a price for a cut and blow but discretion should be used when dealing with different hair types, where the time frame will be different.
