About us

TONI&GUY Stockton Heath opened in the town in 2004.

We are committed to providing the ultimate salon experience, paying great attention to customer service. Our talented team of stylists and technicians are on hand to give you expert advice on the latest trends and services.

Members of our salon are part of the TONI&GUY Session Team and have worked alongside the International Artistic Team on catwalk shows at London Fashion Week, bringing the latest trends from the catwalk to our clients.

Members of our Colour team hold the prestigious L’Oreal Colour Degree- their knowledge and expertise are on hand to advise you on the latest colours and techniques.

We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair, the NanoKeratin Smoothing blow-dry and Raccoon Hair extensions. Our wide range of haircare products include label.m, Kerastase, GHD, Moroccan Oil, L’Oreal, Tangle Teezer to keep your hair salon perfect until your next visit.

Very friendly staff and stylist Kai. Love the little touches to make the experience feel welcoming and like a treat ie little jar of sweets with coffee, the superb backwash... feet up, head massage, ambience. So relaxed that next time I go back I will have a hair treatment.

My hair is tricky as it is short and thick and I do not use product on it so the cut has to be excellent for it to work for me. Chloe had no trouble with my short, gamine cut - and it looks fantastic and will be easy to manage. Thank you. Highly recommended stylist in a great salon.

Experience was great thank you. Very relaxing. Salon is nice and quiet on a Sunday which is why I choose a Sunday morning.
Georgia who washed my hair was lovely, very nice and well mannered girl. Offered me coffee, was very gentle and considerate when washing my hair.
Only downside was realising I only had £20 on my rewards card when I haven’t used any rewards yet and I have been adding to it (spend £50-110 at a time) so I’m not sure where those points have been lost, I have been assured in the past I didn’t need to hand my card over as it is all online!

Overall a great experience however your computerised booking system is not great, it has moved my appointment time a few times over past few appointments and normally I get a text to tell me however today it had moved my appointment back 20mins without telling me and I had to wait. Staff gave me a complimentary treatment whilst o waited however I then left the salon later then expected which made me late for other things in my day.

Well to be honest I am NOT happy with the colour at all

The ladies are very nice and seem to be very knowledgeable

I see you still use the ‘old fashioned’ way of applying highlights in one go and one wash - salons now tend to do a section, wash that and then do another

I wanted highlights the same colour as my existing ones

But they turned out a grey/ash colour on the front at the sides

The stylist put a dye over the top and it looks more ginger just in two sections but move a square cover than highlights

I did explain That i tie my hair up mostly, but it now looks awful

Then 1 was charged £10 extra - wasn’t my fault !!!!!!!!!

Elle is brilliant. She did my hair a few weeks ago where I explained I wanted the balayage effect so she coached me into what was needed to achieve that.
