TONI&GUY Stockton Heath opened in the town in 2004.

We are committed to providing the ultimate salon experience, paying great attention to customer service. Our talented team of stylists and technicians are on hand to give you expert advice on the latest trends and services.

Members of our salon are part of the TONI&GUY Session Team and have worked alongside the International Artistic Team on catwalk shows at London Fashion Week, bringing the latest trends from the catwalk to our clients.

Members of our Colour team hold the prestigious L’Oreal Colour Degree- their knowledge and expertise are on hand to advise you on the latest colours and techniques.

We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair, the NanoKeratin Smoothing blow-dry and Raccoon Hair extensions. Our wide range of haircare products include label.m, Kerastase, GHD, Moroccan Oil, L’Oreal, Tangle Teezer to keep your hair salon perfect until your next visit.

Delayed but deserved

Extremely delayed review but highly deserved.
About two months ago I came to the salon, on a Sunday afternoon, I was very emotional at the time as my life was about to be turned upside down. I was due to move to the USA two weeks after my appointment.
I just felt I needed some pampering as I was about to leave my whole life behind and it was my last treat to myself.

I received the BEST customer service and advice I have ever experienced- even out here in the USA!!
The care taken with my colour and cut and comfort felt so genuine. I felt as though i had been coming to the salon my whole life, all the of girls, even the girls that had nothing to do with my appointment, couldn’t do enough for me.
Reception was so welcoming and friendly which immediately made me feel relaxed and my hairdresser Chloe was unbelievably attentive. She listened and really made an effort with me and I ended up crying (happy tears!) as it was more than the pampering afternoon I needed.
I’m now settled in the US and I wish I’d been brave enough to try a new salon years ago.
I will definitely be coming for my hair when I come home to visit my family.

Thank you Toni and Guy. This salon really is something I look forward to when I make my first home visit later this year.

I was thoroughly dissapointed by my visit today. Not only did I leave will an awful haircut, but the service while I was there was shocking. Minimal amount of talk from any of the women working with their clients, I was served late then rushed so my head was being pushed and pulled to get my haircut done quickly. Minimal/no products used. I normally go to ***** where the service is 100x better.

As always, great cut from Nik and happy with outcome. Salon overall service seems to have slipped. I wasn't offered a drink at any time during my visit. Girl washing my hair didn't offer to put feet up at back wash and breathed strong alcohol fumes over me whilst washing hair.

As always Claire listened to what I want and quite simply made me look and feel amazing. I have no idea how she makes it look so easy, but no-one else has ever been able to create such a low maintenance edgy cuts that look so high maintenance!!

It’s always a proper pamper experience that is great for your wellbeing and self-esteem. It should be available on prescription!

Every time Claire cuts my hair I am asked to provide proof of age id when trying to buy alcohol. Some kind of dark magic I think but I am not complaining!

Well, where do I start..? So many good things to say! My first ever Toni and Guy experience so my expectations were high. They didn’t disappoint. Helen talked to me about what I wanted to achieve with my hair. It was her first day back after having her first baby and I was her first customer after maternity! She was lovely, very down to earth and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable. Even tho I kept calling her Claire (!) she never corrected me bless her. I’ve left feeling a million dollars! The hairwashinh experience was so relaxing. I’ve never had one before and now you’ve experience it you can’t settle for anything less! It’s my 40th next week and Helen has made me look very glamours for it! Was it expensive? No, now looking at the service I got the treatments I had it was worth every single penny, I for one have always penny pinched but I’ve turned a corner now. I want to invest in myself, I want quality over bargains now. So I will be returning to Toni & Guy and Helen has a new regular customer!

I had my hair washed by a young girl with plaits, she didn’t ask if I was having a treatment, didn’t adjust the sink so I was uncomfortable, then when Nik asked her if she had put on my treatment she said yes, after a look from him she said ‘you didn’t tell me to’. At which point I was meant to have a toner which based on my roots didn’t happen. I then had a hair cut from lilley who did a great job.
