TONI&GUY Stockton Heath opened in the town in 2004.

We are committed to providing the ultimate salon experience, paying great attention to customer service. Our talented team of stylists and technicians are on hand to give you expert advice on the latest trends and services.

Members of our salon are part of the TONI&GUY Session Team and have worked alongside the International Artistic Team on catwalk shows at London Fashion Week, bringing the latest trends from the catwalk to our clients.

Members of our Colour team hold the prestigious L’Oreal Colour Degree- their knowledge and expertise are on hand to advise you on the latest colours and techniques.

We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair, the NanoKeratin Smoothing blow-dry and Raccoon Hair extensions. Our wide range of haircare products include label.m, Kerastase, GHD, Moroccan Oil, L’Oreal, Tangle Teezer to keep your hair salon perfect until your next visit.

Highly skilled and friendly team who care about what they do

Claire has been putting silver highlights in my hair with her magical scissors (or I'm going grey) since she first took over the franchise. She leads a highly skilled and friendly team who care about what they do. You may be put off as an older client as at first glance it may feel a bit young and trendy but even older retired gentlemen, like me, are also made welcome and given a cup or very nice coffee.

Colour, cut & blow

I am very happy with my colour, highlights & low lights & everyone is friendly however I never seem to walk away from the salon with the blow dry/ style I ask for. This is frustrating after 3 years as each time I can't wait to get home , wash my hair and blow dry it the way I like it, and still continue to ask for e.g. No curls , just soft tousled waves. There can be a sense of being rushed at this stage of the experience as the salon is often busy and short on space ,therefore it's just easier not listen to how the client actually wants their hair to be dried and at approx £ 40 for a cut & blow dry this is not value for money & leaves me feeling dissatisfied with the end result.

I've been to other T&Gs but they have nothing on this branch, the team are so friendly, welcoming and ensure you enjoy your experience.

Hair colour and cut

Salon was crowded and was moved los of times. Staff were polite and offered tea and coffee and apologised but it was a lots of messing around. Colour and cut by Katie was excellent. Micheal who washed hair was so polite and did an excellent job - only person not to fill ears with water - well done - thank you.

Had my half head of highlights today with Nick/Sam, can't remember his name! But he was really friendly, professional and confident in his colouring technique, he put me at ease and made me feel relaxed about my blond high lights. I chose to have the smart bonding and again he was very informative and knowledgeable about the product. Finished off with the best blow dry I have had at that toni and guy to date, really pleased and cane away with that salon finish feeling.

Love this salon so much...all the staff are welcoming, courteous and enthusiastic. Liz looks after my hair. it always looks and feels amazing after she has worked her magic. The fabulous assistants make the hair wash almost a spa like experience. Always a relaxing few hours.

Hi.
Although I have no complaints at all about James, he always does a very good cut and is always pleasant to talk to, I was surprised today to be charged £37 for a men's hair cut!!! It's just got too expensive now (£444 a year!) so unfortunately I cannot afford to return, after using T&G for 2 years, which is a shame.

Thank you for your review , I can note I can see you have been a client since 2014 and thank you for your loyalty
You have been paying £35 for your most recent cuts.
In Dec 2016 we gave notice that our prices would increase by £2 a service in 2017,
We have not had a price increase in over 4 years (although all our overheads & suppliers have increased every year)
These prices also reflect surrounding business/prices and how many courses and James level of expertise
I have asked Lilley to give you a call to discuss this

Had an appointment with Liz who as always was great! Regularly had Liz cutting my hair for a while now and wouldn't change. She always manages to gets it right and her friendly and professional nature makes it easy to relax makes the appointment fly by an feel about 5 minutes! Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Perfect hair yet again

I went to the salon on New Years Eve and came out with a beautiful style which lasted well after midnight. Sam did a fabulous job with the colour and James cut and styled my hair perfectly. My only regret was I didn't have more tip to give them , next time I will !

We are priced lower than some salons in Stockton Heath although all of our stylists and Technicians hold a level 4
To which no other local salon can say.

Another fab experience at Toni & Guy with my hairdresser Liz! I have been coming for about 5 years now and would never want to go anywhere else! I love playing around with my hair and trying new colours and styles and Liz gets it perfect every time!

Never been a fan of hair dressers. It's a male thing I imagine. But T&G make it a great experience. They are friendly and welcoming but at the same time efficient (not too much of the prolonged pointless small talk). Standard is very high and staff very professional and ok, it isn't the cheapest route to a hair cut, but I still think it is well worth the money. I keep going back and that is the biggest recommendation.
