My daughter had her first real hair cut today. The stylist was so engaging with her and put her at ease straight away. She even put on her fav singer Katy Perry just to make the whole experience even more magical for her. She washed her hair, gave it a really good cut and curled it. She was so happy with the results. Thanks for the great service 😀

Friendly atmosphere and quality service.

My hair had got long and straggly but Alex changed it to short and classic. It is always such a treat, when Alex does my hair. He's professional, kind, nothing too much trouble and excellent results every time

I’ve booked with Alex before, and he never disappoints! He’s such a lively, bubbly person, which makes the whole experience enjoyable. He really listens to what you’re trying to achieve with your cut and offers great advice. We had a great chat about music, and he even played a selection just for me—such a nice touch! He also gave me helpful advice on getting my highlights redone, and I’ll definitely be booking with him again. We did an updated patch test as well, so everything was covered professionally. Highly recommend Alex for a great haircut and a fun, relaxed experience!

The wonderful staff at Regis, Warrington fit me in last minute and made my day! My stylist was the manager I think..sadly I didn't catch her name but she was fabulous! She listened to my requests and gave me great advice as well. A really friendly salon with talented people working there. Thank you, Regis, Warrington..I really love my kast-mibute do!

Had my hair washed and trimmed by the wonderful Lisa this afternoon. I loved that as normal,the shampoo and conditioner were put in the fridge for me as I really enjoy the sensation of cold shampoo and conditioner,would have liked them a bit colder than they were tbh but the temperature of the fridge apparently can’t be adjusted. Lisa was SO friendly and SO chatty,I loved spending my appointment time with her today

Entered the salon with bleached blonde hair that I have been dying myself for over forty years. Today was the day I decided it was time to embrace my true grey. The wonderful Alex kept some of my blonde hair and added true grey colour using foils. It was touch and go for a while as the colour didn’t seem to be taking. But then…. WOW! What a beautiful tone of true grey with a subtle contrast of blonde. Cannot thank Alex enough! I thought it would take some time to adjust as the colour change is quite drastic, but I absolutely love it!!! I will definitely be keeping this gorgeous tone of true grey:)

What a fabulous experience. Alex is simply luvvly and better still knows his stuff. He is more than a cut above the rest of hairdressers I've visited over many years, and I will most certainly let him loose on my locks whenever needed in the future. Best hair do ever! I am very happy with my hair. Love the colour and cut. Always listens to what I want and gives excellent advice.
Tracey is professional, kind and thoughtful. Her empathetic approach to her elderly clients is heart warming.
My only comment of concern is that she was working on her own having to juggle answering the phone, dealing with customers at the front desk, alongside doing my hair. Is it not possible to hire someone for the front desk? Goodness knows when she has time for a comfort break, she works extremely hard. A big thank you to Tracey.

As always Lisa is brilliant at listening and understanding what I am looking for to cover up my root regrowth as she has transitioned my once dark brown hair to a lighter tonal shades of lighter brown with highlights which I am very happy with - should have done this years ago!!

Lisa has been very patient thorough and professional with haircut and tried her best to accommodate request for style which is quite alternative and result has been satisfying .Lisa has been kind and made Markus feel comfortable .I would definitely recommend and we will come back again .

So this has been a process of going from blonde to silver/grey, Alex has been brilliant, totally interpreted what I was looking to achieve and totally reassuring! The salon was busy and buzzing with a fab atmosphere, a welcoming experience and I definitely recommend anyone looking for a colour update to go to Alex 😄

Fantastic stylist! greeted me with such warmth and kindness. gave me advice on how to resolve my issue and explained its underlying causes. even made product recommendations based on my circumstances, and everything was completed quite quickly. Undoubtedly, I'll be returning.

My 10yo daughter had her haircut by Alex on Thursday evening. We called in on impulse but are so glad we did. Alex cut a lovely bob. G loves it & also really liked Alex & asked if he could be her hairdresser from now on.

Hi had a cut and blow with Izzy, not hair cut for about 12 months. Izzy listed to my ideals give me advice on cuts and how I normally style it at home. Good conversation and great stylist. Beautiful hair style and blow dry for my birthday. Will be definitively rebooking soon.

Great Colour and Cut really pleased

I booked an appointment for a fringe cut but ended up going into town the day before it and went to see if they could do it then while I was in town. The lady did it for me. The two staff members that were working that day where lovely

Amazing stylist that has given me my confidence back , my hair has never looked this good !

Lisa did what l asked making sure as she went along if it was right. E.g how much taking off length on top. As always we put the world to rights and had a laugh too.

I always look forward to seeing Donna, she understands how I like my hair to be styled. She is professionally friendly and a great stylist!
