Always a great experience, thank you Donna ?

My fourteen-year-old daughter had an appointment to get her ears pierced. Having just had four teeth out the week before, and being petrified of needles, as soon as the manager was about to pierce them she panicked. The manager (and owner) of the salon was very abrupt saying things like, “I have another appointment,” and, “I’m only going to try one more time.” She had no patience at all resulting in my daughter not getting her ears pierced. I was then shocked to learn that I’d have to pay £18 for the ear rings and solution, there was no warning of this when we booked the appointment. The final straw was when the not so compassionate manager/owner said, “Cone back when you are feeling brave!” Needing time to calm down we extremely upset daughter, we went home. Within five minutes, I realised our treatment was appalling so rang the salon to complain. Of course, the manager was unavailable to speak to me but I was told that she would ring me back the next day at 12:30. Did this happen? No. So, a month later, I have just been into Springs to speak to her. No apology, she was not willing to see that she had done anything wrong, she couldn’t care less. Absolutely shocking service. I would not advise anyone to go to Springs in Stockton Heath.

The only thing I would say to make it even better would have been some nice relaxing music but overall the massage was excellent and I recommend.

Had gel nails, soak off on toes and pedicure. Staff are always really friendly. A nice treat for myself.

On occasion have visited other local salons (friends with vouchers). Never felt the urge to switch from Springs. I usually have eyebrow & lip wax; manicure & pedicures (gels/normal); occasional facials and tanning. Staff all professional, welcoming and friendly!

I love everything about Springs. The staff are very professional but also friendly and approachable. They train in new techniques/procedures and are happy to chat and advise on what they think would suit your skin to make you look your best. Therefore the treatments they offer are regularly updated.
You don't feel they are looking at you through critical eyes. The salon itself is modern and bright. It is exceptionally clean. One of the cleanest places I've ever been in. Springs is about offering tailored treatments to keep your skin in tip top condition as well as offering manicures, pedicures, brow shaping etc. Highly recommended.

I have been going to Springs once a month for sometime, and I have to say the staff are welcoming, pleasant and the quality of the service is excellent. I would recommend this beauty salon to anyone because your worth it.

Brilliant service by lovely ladies

Firstly I was introduced to Becca, what can I say. A really lovely young lady.
She explained everything that I was in store for.
She was well spoken , warm and friendly.
She chatted when prompted but was silent when I was.
I had a facial, massage and scalp massage. I was in heaven. She was extremely knowledgeable and very good at what she does.

This was a short notice appointment so I was very grateful. I had never been before and was definitely not disappointed. Apart from my first colour choice not being available (which was no big deal anyway) I couldn’t fault my visit. Would definitely recommend it. Thanks Becky!

I’m a regular at Springs for a once a month facial and eyebrow tint but decided to have my eyebrows microbladed as they were becoming a bit patchy . Had it done today and it’s early days but I must say I’m loving the shape and natural shade . Donna took her time getting a template of the shape I wanted and although the microblading was a bit ‘stingy’(I’m a big wuss) it was also quick and I’m really happy with the result . I would definitely recommend it to anyone who’s thinking about it .
