Had a lovely catch up with Sophie and since the salon as been done it’s a lovely environment to be in .

As usual, we were very happy with the treatments at Springs. My daughter and I are regular customers there and wouldn’t go anywhere else for our nails and beauty treatments.
I highly recommend!

It is always very friendly in this salon. It’s very well decorated and has recently been refurbished. I had two treatments - one with Becky and one with Sophie. They were both very friendly and professional

Second facial with Becky and it was amazing. So relaxing, I think it was the next one I have ever had

My therapist was lovely and chatty but unfortunately my treatment wasn’t great-my eyebrows are uneven and I only noticed this when I left. I should have put my glasses on to check whilst I was in springs. The shape isn’t great but the lady was lovely and I want to make that clear.

This is my second time having a bikini wax with Becky and all I can say is that she is fantastic at what she does. Having always been nervous about going somewhere new for this treatment, I knew I had picked the right salon from my first appointment. Becky makes you feel comfortable and we always have a nice chat too! Thank you Becky!

The whole pedicure was absolutely great. Feet feel the best they have for a long time.

Really enjoyed the facial which was also very relaxing. My skin looked thoroughly revitalised and bright which lasted a few days.

My 16 year old great niece had never previously had a masage and was feeling a mixture of aprehension and excited anticipation. We ete both greeted by a friendly manageress who seated us and took some details from my GN. She was then taen upstairs by a lovely therpist wholst I sat comfortably drinking delicious coffee. Half an hourish later the GN returned beaming and glowing. She was elated and said that it was AMAZING. She raved about it through brunch and all the way home.
Needless to say we will be back just before GCSEs.

I apologise I don’t remember my therapist name but she was fantastic. It is my friends hen party 🎉 today and we both felt very pampered . We will be making it a regular date together and separately I will be retuning for maintenance in between those full pamper sessions .

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Springs today. Becky was a lovely calm therapist and did an excellent job on shaping and tidying up my neglected nails. I even got a lovely cup of tea and biscuit while I waited for the polish to dry. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Took my 12 year old daughter for ears pierced. We were sat in a lovely relaxing waiting area with relaxing music playing which was very calming. Donna then came through to get us, she took us into a room and spent time going through the piercing technique and aftercare etc.. My daughter was initially a little nervous but after talking to Donna was calm. After the piercing all of the aftercare was talked through in detail. Donna was amazing and I could not recommend enough!

Thanks Donna for the facial this afternoon. My skin looks so much brighter and definitely
more hydrated. It was a lovely relaxing experience as usual and has set me up for a chilled evening! I’m so looking forward to my next one

Lovely treatments from Becky and she advised me how best to camouflage my missing mail by using a neutral colour that I wouldn’t have normally chosen but looks really good

Rang for a last minute appointment. Sophie managed to fit me in and did a fabulous job on my nails.

Sophie did an excellent job (gel nails and lip wax). Nothing is ever too much trouble for Sophie (or any of the other members of staff). It is a pleasure to go into the salon which has maintained high standards over many years.
