Gorgeous salon and therapist was lovely. I was very grateful to be fitted in last minute. My nails however didn't last as long as I would have liked... see additional comments.

Appointment time was kept to, quick and pleasant experience as always, very good pricing especially for Stockton Heath.

It was lovely to get back to the salon after lockdown. Donna maintains a very high standard which in turn ensures a fabulous client experience and, in these difficult times, an environment where one feels totally safe.

My first visit since lockdown. The Salon was looking lovely recently decorated and feeling very calm. Covid regulstions were all strictly adhered to. I felt very safe. The staff were all very welcoming, friendly, highly professional and made me feel relaxed . A very pleasurable experience.

Springs has a range of exciting, cutting edge treatments which deliver results as well as pampering. I am on a course of facials which are already giving me defined cheekbones and glowing skin. I have also embarked on a course of cool tech and radio frequency, and am looking forward to trying their whole menu! In Donna's hands you feel looked after by a true professional.

As always my visit to Springs was superb. I was made to feel really welcome by all the staff . The hygiene standards were extremely thorough and meticulous. As always Becky made my whole experience a delight . I felt comfortable and extremely safe and the standard of my pedicure was as always with Becky first class. In these dark times I felt uplifted from my visit.
