I'm aware of how hard it is to be in business. But I dont think Estherique is quite what it used to be. Lovely therapist Clare, but not the same atmosphere or level of comfort. I was sent to the seating area alone, no receptionist to greet me. No foot soak on the pedicure & I felt corners were being cut. A shame as always been my most favourite salon.
Excellent. Katie was so professional and so friendly, clicked immediately. Love the Spa feel about the place; gentle music, peace and quiet, beautifuily decorated and perfect ambience
I booked in for a facial at Esthetique after hearing many good things from my friends and family. The whole experience was very enjoyable for me. The staff are lovely and cater to your every need. Booked my next appointment already!

I cannot fault Esthetique the staff are lovely. And I always get a first class treatment.
Katie gave me an honest and straightforward consultation listening well and sympathetic to my concerns. She used a range of equipment to refresh and revitalise my skin. After 90 minutes I was delighted with the result and felt radiant. She addressed my concerns and I’m looking forward to seeing the results continue to work.

I had a Carita Cinetic Facial ... and was so impressed. The atmosphere of the clinic was calm and relaxing, the staff were all welcoming and friendly. Katie who did my treatment was so professional and wonderfully empathetic, I am recovering from a head & neck cancer she was so understanding and patient with me I could not recommend the salon highly enough
The treatment was lovely and overall good but the one thing im not happy about is the therapist started my 55 muinite treatment 13 muinites late with no apolagy for my wait then finished the treatment early not taking into account the time she was late.
She ran to get me from the waiting room and didnt apolagise for being late, then she didnt give me enough time to get changed walking in on me getting undressed, was all very rushed and i paid £50 for what was supposed to be a 55 muinite massage but i got less than 45 muinites.
Im usually really happy with the professionalism and quality at this salon but not at this time.
Clare did my nails today which look just fab. Katie & all the staff are just so lovely always professional & friendly. I love coming to this salon for my treatments. Would definitely recommend.

I visit Emma regularly for a facial and massage at Esthetique. Every time she makes me feel so welcome and is always so professional & she is extremely knowledgable regarding the treatments offered. Today’s massage was amazing as was my facial. I am very excited with all the new machines the salon is investing in and how the salon is offering more amazing treatments.
I thought the lady I had was lovely but my pedicure was extremely disappointing. My nails are all different shapes and very uneven. She also didn't paint the whole nail and left me with varnish on my skin which she couldn't wipe off.

I enjoyed a very relaxing and beneficial body massage and facial today. So relaxing I fell asleep during my facial massage. The Salon was immaculately clean with a good atmosphere. Staff were helpful and courteous I could not fault the masseur.
