Charlotte my therapist was wonderful. Treatment was relaxing and my skin felt soft and refreshed.and sun ready. Treatment ended with a back massage. Definitely recommend

First time having my brows done here and I am really happy with the result. The beautician asked lots of questions to ensure that she did them exactly as I wanted. Lovely relaxing environment too and great service from the moment I entered the salon.
As always I’ve just had the most relaxing, pampering facial at Esthetique. The girls are lovely and the atmosphere in the salon feels luxurious.

My partner bought me a gift voucher for Christmas for “the ultimate aroma experience” at the time he bought it he was assured this involved a massage AND a facial, which the price was way beyond the normal massage price so he had no reason to think otherwise.
I called to book the appointment where it was confirmed it would be a 2 hour treatment and involve both a massage and a facial.
On the day I turned up early for my appointment and was taken through first for my massage, the massage was lovely and ended with the therapist rubbing massage cream on my face and chest. She duly then informed me to get dressed in my own time, for what I thought would be my following facial. The therapist never returned so I made my way to reception to ask what I should do for my facial.
To which I was told the rubbing of massage oil from the rest of my body into my face constituted the facial part!!!!
Not only an I deeply disappointed my partner was mortified that he felt like he told me he had gotten me a gift he hadn’t.
I expected SO much better from this place. Needless to say, I’ll be booking a facial somewhere else in the future

Today I went in for my first Brizilian was... I was very nervous as it was only the second wax I have had after 20 years of shaving.. the therapist put me at easy and was very gentle .. It went so well that I have booked in for my next appointment.

I have been visiting Esthetique since it first opened, the treatments, service and atmosphere is always exceptional. I had a facial today which was so relaxing and peaceful. I'm already looking forward to my next visit in 6 weeks time.
As soon as you step inside, you feel relaxed. The divine smells and hypnotic music create a calm oasis completely removed from the daily hustle and bustle outside! All the staff are so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this beauty salon and their monthly special treatments are fabulous value!

Clare does the best massage EVER. I never want to leave and always have a great nights sleep after. I always make sure I book in for the following month.
I’m been coming to Esthetique for many years now and love all the treatments and the girls are all fabulous, but I don’t like the new CCTV in the relaxation area!! I find this very intrusive in this environment and SO not needed in this area. Saying that, I have been assured this evening that it will be disconnected in this area.
