I cannot fault this salon in any way! It’s superb, and I now travel over an hour to keep going here since moving home a year ago… Says it all!

Gemma is brilliant at what she does. She takes time to listen to you and offers her expert advice. She takes her time and you don't feel rushed. I've had haircuts and full head highlights and really happy everytime.

As it was my first visit I found everyone was very pleasant and .made me feel very welcome.

Whenever me and my husband come to the salon we are welcome with warm smiles from everyone. Everyone is kind, happy, smiley, caring and nothing is too much trouble for them. You feel like you are visiting friends. The haircuts or colours are exactly what you after. Rachel knows exactly what you want but also what your hair needs. Thank you all. N and T

Ive been going to TP now for over 22 years and never once left disappointed. Gemma is an anazing hairdresser and i trust her and her opinion. I cant recommend this salon enough. Everyone there is so lovely and friendly. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I had been to Terrence Paul in Wilmslow for years, but when my stylist left the salon, I thought I'd try somewhere else. Unhappy with the results, I decided to go back to Terrance Paul and made an appointment for a cut and blow dry with Ellie. Ellie immediately put me at ease and had great suggestions for achieving the look I wanted and remedying the bad haircut from the other salon. She also recommended colour and did a patch test ready for my next visit. I loved the way she styled my hair. I also appreciated the great coffee and massage chair. Very glad I made the decision to return.

Another great job by Ellie, I am really pleased with my colour and cut and it’s always a pleasure to visit the salon.

***** cut my hair. She is personable and friendly and a good stylist but she cut my hair too short. My hair was quite long and I asked her for a long bob....it ended up too short and doesn't suit my face at all. Ive now got to wait a few months for it to grow to the length that I wanted it.

Gemma did an amazing job of my hair, she achieved exactly what I asked for. She was very welcoming, professional and even stayed late to do a proper job. Very happy

Ellie always takes care of me when I visit, her attention to detail and advice is immaculate as well as precise. She is a welcoming and kind individual that always makes sure I leave with healthy and sleek hair.

Gemma has great attention to detail. I trust her implicitly to style and colour my hair. She also put in some extensions for me which I love. I’m delighted with the results as always.

What a wonderful experience I had on Saturday. I came in for highlights but felt as if I’d had a a free on in a spa. Totally spoiled!
From cups of coffee with biscuits and after eights, bottled water and magazines - to a stylist who was meticulous in her attention to detail- my colour is stunning and I felt a million dollars.
The massage chairs at the head wash and a fabulous head massage were the icing on the cake.

Highly recommend this salon, atmosphere very chilled and friendly. All staff go above and beyond to make your visit nice and relaxed. Rachels knowledge of her trade is huge, I trust her to do what she thinks every time and walk out feeling amazing, oh and the head massages are brilliant too!

Honestly really disappointed. I requested a colour of golden tones accompanied with caramels. Produced a picture of similar colour for clarity. However, it resulted in absolutely nothing like what I had asked for. Not even similar. It was a dull, horrible brown all over. Additionally, I asked the stylist not to cut my long hair straight across at the bottom, I requested feathering it. Again my hair was cut straight across. The stylist just didn't listen to anything I asked her to do. Further, my daughter also went into the salon few weeks ago booked in with *****. My daughter didn't get what she requested either. She hated her hair and stated she wasn't going back again. Either ***** doesn't understand the clients requests or she doesn't care what the clients want, thus just does her own thing. Resulting in furious clients. I've been to the salon before and have always received excellent care/results. On this occasion I paid £130 for an absolute disaster. NOT A HAPPY CLIENT

Rachel has been cutting my hair for the last 12 years. Always brilliant, never a bad cut and I wouldn't want anyone else to cut my hair!

The rest of the team are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Rachel absolutely always knows just want to do and how to make me feel so much better than when I walked into the salon. She is an awesome stylist - I always recommend her!
