TONI&GUY Wilmslow

This was my first visit to this salon although I have frequented other Toni & Guy salons I was a walk in appointment not residing in the area my hairstylist had 3 years experience she never asked me if I wanted a drink and because the salon was really hot about an hour into my appointment I had to ask for a glass of water the woman who washed my hair never spoke to me and the hair stylist didn’t either I observed the other stylists with their customers and the experience was so different asking for drinks chatting alot such a shame as I will not be back I feel this particular stylist needs inter personal skill training it makes for a really awkward experience otherwise not my usual Toni & Guy standard.

Chris has a fantastic approach to styling hair. He changed me from feeling rotten about my appearance to feeling like a million dollars.

A fresh and still manageable style put a real spring in my step. He is also brilliant company!

Always enjoy my visit to the salon. Staff provide a warm welcome, I love to chat with my hairdresser Chris. Excellent service and my hair feels fresh and glamorous!

Great service from Millie & Nadia. I felt really pampered. Great cut and colour. With hair you definitely get what you pay for. Have tried cheaper salons and been disappointed. Never at Toni & Guy, Wilmslow.

Not acceptable tips cannot be given in box as thank you for good treatment and service. I do not want to type in the amount for hairdresser to check on my receipt. It takes away the personal touch on handing over. Further more the stylist is then taxed on this amount which reduces my personal gift. Please reply to this text, thank you

Ashley has rescued my hair from my first appointment with her. Just had my third,. Half head of highlights cut and blor. Went a lot shorter and really happy with the result. Would recommend her to anyone.

Love T&G in wilmslow, always get a great cut & colour, but think £205 for a t-section and cut is a little excessive

This was my first time at this salon and I was very impressed. My colourist spent time discussing how I wanted my hair to look and this was essential for getting it right. I loved the end result and the cut was great too. All the staff were very friendly and this created a lovely atmosphere in the salon. Thank you.

I recently sprained my wrist and had no strength to wash my hair. I spoke to Becky and she did everything she could to make sure I could have my hair done! She was amazing and so is my hair now!

Had my hair cut by May yesterday and she was fantastic. Came in with a style in mind, she helped me find a suitable alternative for my hair! Lovely service from everyone all round, would very much recommend.

I’ve been going to tony and guy for a while now. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. I had Ashley doing my consult and she was so lovely and honest. I’ve been wanting to have long hair and basically becoming inpatient and what to enquire about hair extensions and I was very surprised by how honest she was and I was extremely grateful for that!! My hair is long already and explained everything the up keep and the cost and also advised me or what she thought which was truly refreshing very grateful for her help!!

Had a great experience with May the stylist she listened to what I wanted she had patience as I was having a change. May was very welcoming and friendly, she styled it perfect I love my new haircut.

I’m a regular customer I was a bit disappointed on Saturday by my stylist new to me but I was told could do a god job , the cut seemed hurriedly done and I was disappointed that the style wasn’t right . The colourist was great as was the end result of the colour

Becky and Millie are amazing my colour looks fabulous and I have my hair cut regularly by Becky, which keeps it in great shape and great condition.

As the saying goes when you find a great hairdresser they're worth their weight in gold. Chris is that hairdresser! Thank you again for a cut that makes me feel fab!

I travel from North Yorkshire to Wilmslow to have my hair colour done by Millie. She literally is the best as are all the team there

I haven't had short hair for decades but wanted a new look so took the plunge. Lovely young lady made me feel really comfortable (so sorry I didn't catch her name) and did a great job.

Always great with my son, and results are always second to none.
