Back for a holiday package with Jill for the first time in nearly 2 years! Having had to cancel 2 appointments due to Covid restrictions, it was good to see that nothing had changed. Jill still as lovely as ever & the experience was as good as ever. Just need to get somewhere on holiday to now!!

As always a fantastic “do” by Stacey (with Jade’s help as so busy).

The overall service is good, however Jade was interrupted several times to something else during washing and cutting my hair. The layer of hair was not cut enough and I felt that the cutting was rushed to finish. The reception was crowded, no social distance.

Julia was amazing with all 3 children getting their ears pierced. Very patient & made them all feel at ease. 3 happy children, would highly recommend!

The lady who pierced my daughter's ears was so incredibly kind and patient with her after a major last second wobble. Very professional set up and lovely selection of earrings.

I took my baby daughter for her first haircut. The staff were really friendly and helpful to calm her down. Stacey did a wonderful job.

I took my little boy for his first haircut and the salon were great; the stylist was fantastic with him and I was really happy with his hair.

Jade is brilliant! She has transformed my hair in two appointments from dark brown almost black to a beautiful brown with highlights. It’s taken her hours of hard work and a good bit of her vision! I didn’t even know what I wanted! She’ always makes you feel relaxed and I have total confidence in her!

Stacey has been cutting my two boys hair for almost 18 months now. She is so incredibly patient and kind to them and makes them feel happy and comfortable and is always chatting away to them.
