Lovely friendly and helpful service, delighted with my new ear piercings and would thoroughly recommend. My daughter has had hers done too here by same therapist and loves hers.

I required a haircut with privacy and they amazingly provided me with a private room for that purpose , the staff is son good and I am happy with the results.

Nearly 9 year old daughter had her ears pierced today. Julia was absolutely great. Very happy little girl xx

Appointment fitted in the same day. Friendly welcome at reception. Megan great as always. Really listens to what you want and clearly explains each step.

Always go to donna for highlights and would never go anywhere else - hair always comes out amazing and so also so friendly ?

A fabulous experience as usual , Stacey always cuts and colours my hair beautifully, she really listens to what I ask for. All the staff are very friendly.

Megan was chatty but definitely not too chatty !!! This was my second appointment with Megan - she remembered me and the style I had last time - after discussion I decided to get shorter cut and restyle - it turned out super - I was very satisfied with the result !! My next appointment with Megan is in 5 weeks

Fitted us in at the very last minute to help us out as my daughter had dyed her hair herself at home and it was a shambles. Really good of them. Turned a bad job into a lovely job. We are very grateful and will def be back x

Julia was amazing with my 6 year old daughter. She made her feel at ease and explained what she was doing during every stage.
Afterwards, Julia explained how to clean the piercing and earrings and took her time to ensure we fully understood.
It was such a lovely experience for my daughter and reassuring for me to have someone so caring and experienced.
There was also a good selection of earrings to choose from and my daughter was delighted to receive a happy birthday certificate too.

Julia and her team always make myself and Richard feel so welcome. Such a friendly atmosphere and nothing is too much trouble for them.

I am very happy with my haircut. It was my first ever visit to Allure and Megan was very friendly and professional. She is a very talented young hairdresser both for ladies and gents (my husband is the regular client). I will be back!

Very pleased with new colour

My Stylist Megan does not appear on the pick list and I assume this is because she has just very recently joined the team at Allure!! Megan Is a warm and friendly young woman who discussed with me at length what style I was looking for. She advised me every step of the way as to what she was doing which made me feel very comfortable!! Although young in years, Megan is extremely competent as a Stylist and she is an absolute asset to Allure. I was delighted with the result of my restyling and, as such, I had no hesitation in making my next appointment with her!! Thank you, Megan.

I had left it until last minute to get my brows done and thought I’d try allure! They were able to give me an appointment the same day and was very friendly. Defiantly recommend!!

Great service, I cannot remember the hairdresser's name as I am terrible with names but she was lovely and not overally chatty which I appreciate. She is clearly able to read her customers.
