Brooke was so so accommodating in my requests while keeping it real, and made sure I was with her every step of the way! It was so refreshing and I’m so happy I made the choice to trust her! I needed a colour correction and Brooke went above and beyond my expectations! She was so considerate of my needs and I am so happy with the result! The service at Bloom is fabulous and I always feel so looked after! Due to uni commitments and limited time on the day, I had to come in again the next day for my blow dry and Brooke was so understanding and accommodating. I can’t wait to come back
My root colour is back to what is was 3 colours ago. Worked hard to get it lighter (and cost) but looks like lighter root was not recorded. I did ask at the time but was told it was. Not happy. Thank goodness I’m going to sun for a week that should lighten it a bit but disappointing. I feel I was also overcharged. I had baby lights, root and trim. Had £90+ in deposit and stlll £116. I’ll phone Monday.
Colleen was amazing with my daughter as always 1st time getting a colour blow dry and Colleen didn't disappoint she is amazing keep up the excellent work
The guy was incredibly professional, with wonderful attention to detail. He cared about my comfort, and I was extremely happy with the results.
Aaran made me feel so comfortable from the start and I lost all the nerves I had about having a big change to my hairstyle. He talked me through every step before it happened which relaxed me further. He also has amazing energy and real passion for what he does which made the experience really special. He was incredibly friendly and made me feel super confident with my new hair. Thank you so much Aaran, I love my new style :)

Today I came in as a hairdresser barber myself Aaran was such great to catch with him. He worked with myself previously and I need to refresh my look and he certainly did that just what I wanted well done and thank you.

I had such a great hair cut with Madison! She really took the time to get to know my hair and what I wanted and she absolutely saved my curls, which I'm so happy about! Everyone in the salon was so nice and helpful and I felt really comfortable and well taken care of :)

I was hoping to become a regular customer but the disappointing result obtained today made me to change my mind.
I booked a colour and cut with Madison after a recommendation from a fellow curly haired friend. I came in very apprehensive and had been traumatised from years of people not knowing how to cut/style my hair and WOW Bloom and Madison were amazing. Madison really listened to my concerns and my past experiences and was super friendly. My colour is incredible and my cut is so so well suited to my hair and Madison was just so reassuring and talked my through all the styling and cut and gave me all her recommendations to keep my curls healthy. In a more general sense, the atmosphere was super friendly and chilled. I couldn’t recommend Madison and Bloom enough (coming from someone who always used to dread having to get my hair cut)

Always friendly! Great advice given during hair cut chat prior to wash. Had a free treatment this time, very nice bonus. Fab cut and blow dry. All fabulous. Highly recommended. Bonus to as hot morning and air conditioning!

Brooke made me feel really welcome and gave me advice on the cut I'd chosen but to tailor my needs. She's so friendly and there was no awkward silences which there can be and makes me feel anxious but not with her! I love my hair and have booked in with her again. 10 out of 10 for sure!
