Another satisfying visit to Bloom yesterday. As ever, the service was impeccable. It’s always relaxing to go there knowing that everything will be done efficiently and to very high standards.

Whilst in Aberdeen popped in got a last minute appoint with Rhys she was so patient and great ideas for my hair. Very relaxed and done a great job. Looking forward to my next visit and would highly recommend.

First time in a hair salon since first lockdown.
Chloe showed no concern at the state of my hair, but set about producing a couffure that would not disgrace the salon as I walked out.
I was delighted with the result and am looking forward to my next visit, when Chloe will sort out the colour.
Not only was the craftsmanship superb, but the welcome and accommodation for my mobility issues were second to none.
I must also mention how pretty the salon is.

This is the very best manicure done to perfection by Guy who is excellent and the staff are all so professional and attentive particularly Ashley who is absolutely brilliant in every way! It is always a pleasure to visit Bloom

I popped in for the blowout ahead of my colour booking next week. Katie Louise was knowledgable, friendly and put me at ease straight away! The salon is clean with a lovely chilled out atmosphere. I am looking forward to coming back!

Great service as always. I have been going to Bloom for over a year now and soon after I started the condition and look of my hair improved immensely. Love the staff and, the service and the products. Chloe is great and everyone in the family now go to her for our hair appointments.

KatyLouise gave highly professional advice/recommendations in relation to long term management of my hair and provided colour that produced a beautiful natural blend and have to say it’s the best colour I’ve ever had. Another lovely visit to Bloom, started with a very relaxing Express facial with Guy then a cut and colour with Chloe. Chloe is very knowledgable and has lots of advice.

The girl that did my hair was lovely but I had to wait an hour (she did apologise) and so I never bothered asking about advice re a new colour) as it was getting near to closing time and I was getting tired sitting waiting) she did call me to move my appointment later by 15 mins but it wasn’t 15 mins more like an hour
I also rang numerous times to pay my deposit no reply and when I did get through gave my details only to be told it hadn’t gone through and just pay when I came in

Excellent experience the salon is absolutely beautiful all the staff are welcoming and friendly and I loved having my hair done by Chloe she always makes a fabulous job

I've been going to guy for months now for my nails and he never fails to deliver. My nails are always perfect, they never chip even after 3 weeks. Guy is truly amazing

A brilliant manicure and pedicure. Guy takes great care when attending t one’s hands and feet. Total confidence in his ability.

I am 100% happy with my cut and style today. Katie did an amazing job and I hope to be back at the salon soon.

Had a haircut with Katie and I'm very happy with the service. Katie helped me pick a haircut that suited my hair and gave me some advice on products. Would definitely come back.

Booked in for a cut and blow dry for my daughter and nails for me whilst i waited. We bustled in late (sorry) but the lovely girls still managed to accommodate us; with a little change to the original booking; and made me a lovely coffee (they even had oat milk). The salon is a lovely warm snd calming space and the staff chatted away happily, really nice atmosphere. Whilst getting my nails done my technician was happy to give me an impromptue consultation when i asked for advice about my eyebrows and even gave me a patch test for the tint there and then. On top of all that as new customers, we were given a free gift. I chose a moisturiser, my daughter chose hair protector spray. I was super delighted to find out my moisturiser is vegan and made by a B-Corp registered company in Italy. I will definitley be back!

Excellent and highly professional service provided by KatyLouise who was meticulous and gave the best hair service I could ask for. A real asset for Bloom and a highly talented stylist. I’m delighted with my hair.

brooke is a lovely senior stylist who is amazing at her job! she went over and beyond to make my hair look absolutely stunning and was a complete perfectionist! I loved my hair and had so many compliments

I have been to Bloom a few times now and it's definitely my favourite salon. Each time I visit it feels like such a luxury experience with the extra little touches.

All the staff are lovely and gives a first class customer service each time going above and beyond.

My favourite thing to get done is my make up by Brooke who is just an amazing MUA.

Absolutely excellent. Previously had full colour done, and went back for roots and blow dry. Really chilled atmosphere, everyone is super cheerful and kind. My hair feels amazing as well as looking great. I'm coming back! My girls (10 & 7)also come here and Absolutely love it!

I got my hair done this morning by Brooke and I absolutely love what she did! I was booked in for one thing but completely changed my mind at the appointment and Brooke was super accommodating and talked me through various different options! Got a last minute cancellation. Staff are lovely and friendly and the salon is bright and clean. Welcoming place.

Can't recommend Chloe enough. Five minutes into applying the dye I took a bit of a panic attack and Chloe was so incredibly nice about it. Managed to calm myself down and persist with the appointment but I don't think I could have if Chloe wasn't so understanding and helpful. My hair turned out beautiful in the end. Its so bouncy and shiny now! Thank you again.

I visited the salon today and had a lovely experience. Katie was excellent. Such a lovely young girl but I instantly felt confident with her. She did a great job and I am really happy with the results .
