I felt very pampered for my first time at the salon. From the complimentary products and treatments to the hair colour itself, it was an all around wonderful experience. Colleen was so lovely as well.

I had my 3rd facial treatment carried out by Guy and as previously it was excellent!

I just absolutely loved my time with Brooke today, exactly what I needed. Brooke is lovely, knowledgeable and passionate. Her product knowledge was fantastic too. I needed someone who would see what I needed and suggest things, and Brooke did just that. I feel like I've gone from frumpy and dowdy to happy and stylish. Can't wait to use all of my new goodies too. Thank you, see you in December xxx

Kerry-Ann was superb. She listened to my needs, talked me through her colour recommendation, pampered me with a neck and shoulder massage, a hot towel head massage, amazing smelling products, a fantastic cut and finally an amazing blow dry. I entered looking slightly dishevelled and left feeling amazing thanks to a fantastic hair experience ?
The staff are very friendly, salon is spotless, music was spot on.

Great attention was given to the condition of my hair and I must compliment their approach. The outcome for me as I am of a certain age and have not a lot of very fine hair and would have preferred slightly more volume, but I will discuss this at my next appointment!

Brooke has taken time to allow my brows to grow again as i have alopecia in my brows and now they are looking fantastic and naturally thick!

Had a treatment and added a blow dry which is a great idea.

Excellent manicure carried out by Guy who was professional charming! All done in the lovely surroundings of the salon this was my first visit! Have booked my second appointment with Guy can’t recommend highly enough!

A big shoutout to Reece who worked her magic on my dull, lifeless hair and brought it back to a nice, healthy look. She was really very mindful of what I asked for and hit the nail on the head. She was also very knowledgeable about the products she used on my hair and gave me advice that was best suited to my hair type. She is a great addition to the team at Bloom as well as all the staff that I’ve encountered on my previous visits. I feel very comfortable every time I visit and it’s a safe and friendly environment! It doesn’t matter which staff member does my hair, I always get the same level of excellent service - and Brooke has become one of the only people I’ve liked cutting my hair, ever. I love my escape to the salon, always greeted with a smile, a cuppa and chilled vibes. I love with this place!

Was really pleased with appt today. It was a last minute appt having booked just yesterday but the service was excellent. The girl (sorry never caught her name), was very friendly and knowledgeable about her topic. Looking forward to my next one in a few weeks.

The salon is so comfortable and welcoming. Guy is a talented and considerate manicurist. He gives good advice on nail and skin care. Also the salon is excellent value for money.

Gorgeous salon! Fantastic manicure! I have very short / bitten nails and Guy made them look absolutely amazing! The attention to detail in Guy’s manicure is second to none - my cuticles have never looked so good! I will definitely be back!.

I booked last minute and they were more than happy to accommodate. The salon is bright, colourful and relaxing, the staff are all friendly. The colour was quick, the wash was relaxing and the cut and style was finished to perfection. Got a nice wavy curl to leave the salon a happy lady ?

Guy is an excellent manicurist. He takes great care to get everything right and is careful to consult his clients about their nails and adjust treatment appropriately. The salon has a lovely atmosphere with very friendly staff taking good care of the clients.

Hello, I was sooooo impressed with my colour and cut from Brooke yesterday it exceeded expectations, lovely girl, will definitely book with her next time. ??

I come into the salon not only does Colleen make me feel so welcome, all the staff members do. My hair has never been so healthy and thick! Years ago I came from black to blonde/brown and my hair was ruined. Colleen has taken the correct steps, provided me with the correct treatments and has brought my hair back to life. Colleen does an amazing job every time! I leave the salon feeling amazing outside and in! Thank you again!

Love the new life my curls have - I can finally wear my hair half up/half down safely!! Energised and actually looking forward to the next wash for a change. And my colour is perfect for my plans/the weather. Very happy ☺️
