Charlotte’s cut and finish is fabulous. She made me feel relaxed and gave me a beautiful new style that was long overdue. Even after a long time away the salon remembered me and this made the service feel special. They have managed to make the environment feel safe in covid times which helped make me feel relaxed.

5 star service. Megan and all other staff were lovely and I received exactly what I asked for. Highly recommend to anyone and will be back again! Xx

Love my new look and so does my husband. My hair was needing restyled without taking much off and Charlotte did just that. My hair sits much better now and has some bounce.

I had a fantastic appointment with Rebecca who did a colour and cut for me. This was my first time at Hatstand Nelly and I was nervous over the result but could not be more happy. Rebecca took her time to listen to what I wanted and what my concerns were and got to work. Very pleased with the result. The salon is relaxing and all the staff are friendly, I would highly recommend!

I am delighted with my haircut, I had an enjoyable experience, felt safe & impressed with the hygiene procedures that were in place , I also thought the girl that washed my hair & scalp massage was excellent very relaxing ?

Apart from the screens up, masks on and stations being sanitised it was almost like being in before the lock down. Same friendly welcome, same chatty staff (and customers) and same great cut.

Had a great experience on my first visit to Hatstand Nelly. Very knowledgeable staff that were able to recommend a treatment tailored to my hair and scalp and a lovely cut and blow dry. All of the staff I met were lovely and very welcoming. Will definitely be back for my next cut!

I loved my 1st visit today, everyone was very friendly & Charlotte was amazing. I got a terrific cut & blow dry which Charlotte spoke through with me before & during my cut. My hair looks amazing & my daughter & I will definitely be coming back.

The service from everyone in the salon could not be faulted. Leah was really friendly and chatty, and able to discuss with me / make suggestions so I ended up with exactly what I was looking for.

With respect to current COVID -19 guidelines, the on-going effort being put in by the staff to ensure the salon was being kept clean was very much evident , and customers were always distanced from one another.

I’m not one for frequenting hairdressers often - I had 17 inches cut on this visit to donate to the Little Princess Trust - but this salon and the staff I encountered eased my anxieties and offered an excellent experience. I was made to feel welcome and comfortable; and my ideas for a restyle were listened to. I’d definitely visit again once my hair has grown and we are back to ‘normal’ - although wearing a mask throughout my visit wasn’t a problem. Thank you!

On arrival everyone one seemed nice and Abbie was lovely she made great conversation and the time flew by. She made my hair look amazing and did everything I asked for overall it was a great experience I will definitely go back .(very covid friendly)

Just had my hair cut and coloured for the first time since lockdown began back in March. Megan did an outstanding job as always and I felt relaxed and safe in the Salon with the measures they had in place for COVID-19.

This was my first hair cut since lockdown and it was so nice to see Leigh and Denise again. The posts on Facebook showing the measures they had put in place were reassuring before my visit. I felt safe and looked after while I was there. And I had an excellent hair cut from Leigh.

Have had the pleasure of having Leigh as my stylist for many years! During this time there have been many transformations. It was great to be back and get a freshen up on cut.

Like many of us I was desperate and so excited at the prospect of getting my hair cut after so long in lockdown, and am hatstandnelly have delivered. It is always a pleasure to come for a haircut here. The stylist is lovely and understands that I just want to close my eyes and relax, and does not force me into small talk. The hair products smell wonderful and add to the experience.
