Great service and always consistent. Been coming here for several years and no matter what style I’ve tried always ended up with exactly what I want.

Had a slight change of colour and Lorraine listened to my thoughts. She spent a lot of time questioning what I wanted and helped assist with suggestions.
End result is I’m very happy with my new colour.

I asked for a specific colour look and my hairstylist delivered! My hair is very dark as well and I wanted a bright colour. Somehow they made it work without having to bleach my hair. It's subtle yet very bright under the sun and I love it! Very professional and lovely people. I had a great experience!

With my last hairdresser leaving the salon I bit the bullet and went out on a limb to find somewhere new. Something I utterly dreaded. However I'm really glad I found this salon, despite my last minute booking I was squeezed in with the lovely Cheryl who was an utter dream to have my hair cut by. Full of ideas, friendly, and a lovely new style to boot.

I have had the pleasure of having my haircut by many of the stylists from Hatstand Nelly over the years and have never been disappointed. I decided to go for a drastic change from shoulder length hair to a pixie cut. Megan made me feel very secure and explained each step of what she was doing. I absolutely love the new style.

Hatstand Nelly is great value for money and Megan gives good advice about growing my hair. Really friendly salon overall.

Unique venue with the Juice Bar. Smoothies were nice and a varied menu available, including speciality teas and barista coffee. On arrival I walked in to be greeted by 3 smiling faces, very welcoming environment. Louise was lovely and understood and delivered exactly what I wanted with my hair. Would definitely come back and have already recommended to someone else and I was only there for the first time 4 hours ago!

Charlotte did an amazing job colouring my hair! She gave me exactly what I was looking for and I will definitely be back!

The salon was very well lit and staff very welcoming.Erin was lovely and very welcoming and was very good at keeping the conversation going.She was very good at helping me choose a colour to achieve the look I wanted.

Got called and asked to change to 2 said fine then called again to change 2:45 said can’t do that but when I got there I waited to 2:15 to be seen and appointment interrupted few times for other clients
Never offered to buy tea, coffee or smoothie

Always a pleasure, love visiting the salon, love there products and love the result! Nice touch with the complimentary umbrella today as it was raining pretty heavy!
