Always a great experience with Lauren. Delighted with my cut and colour. Everyone at Saks always makes me feel welcome and so nice to relax with a tea or coffee. Very relaxing bonus is the massage chairs whilst having my hair washed and lovely head massage to finish off from Lauren's helpful and friendly assistant.
