Saks Hair & Beauty Aberdeen Union Square

I love having my hair cut by Hanna at SAKS in Union Square Aberdeen. Everyone is so friendly, the salon is spotless & Hanna always cuts my hair as I like it.

I always get a brilliant CACI face treatment here! The therapist is so lovely and makes you feel right at home whilst explaining the different stages of treatment as you go along. The room is lovely and there’s always beautiful music playing making for a most relaxing experience. It helps that the therapist actually knows what she’s doing (you’d be shocked how many other salons have ppl doing this treatment who don’t have a clue!) and makes a real difference to you. Fully recommend!

Terrible experience sorry, I was treated like I wasn't there it was terrible overall not a nice experience and given what I had done and the speed it was done it was a experience I will never repeat I will definitely not use this salon again and neither would I recommend it

I got a phonecall to say the lady that was doing my hair, unfortunately wasn't going to manage. I was given an alternative day but couldn't manage. I got another phonecall fitting me in o the original fat with someone else. I can't remember the latest name. She was lovely, really chatty, and did my hair was lovely, just what I wanted. I went to pay, to be told that it was complementary because I had to change stylist, times etc. This was an amazing gesture, as it was something that couldn't be helped. The service i received was amazing. If you haven't been to saks, then you really need to try go . Thanks again

Kacy is so great! Every time I leave the salon, I feel so happy because she gets it right every time. Thanks to her I feel confident with my natural looking red hair colour. For the blow dry, I always leave it up to her. She is kind, professional, and knows exactly what she is doing.

I have been coming to Saks for many years now and for much of that time having appointments with Kacy. I can say that in all that time I have always come away very happy with my hair and now Kacy knows the cut that I like. I have noticed that there are still staff at Saks who were there when I first started going - a sign of a good workplace!

For the past 2 years, I've gone to see Anisa to get my hair done and to say that she always captures my vision is an understatement. When I first got my balayage done, I was nervous because I wasn't sure of the process. However, she kept me informed the whole way through the appointment and was also very considerate of how I was feeling. Today was no different, she listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly, as well as giving me insight into different products for me to use that would work perfectly for my hair concerns. Thank you Anisa for yet another perfect haircut! xx

Saks in Union Square is a Salon i’d recommend, it’s a lovely experience, I get a gents cut + finish, they wash your hair and offer a head massage, they offer you a drink and the salon is visually nice as well :) Never had a bad experience here! all of the staff that I have spoken too/cut my hair are lovely too :)

As always, an excellent manicure carried out to the highest possible standard using my own nail varnish, a vivid colour that leaves no margin for error in brush strokes. Lesley is such a pleasant person who makes every appointment a pleasure. Need to get my next pre Christmas appointment booked!
