I had a blow dry recently and Amanda, who did it, was absolutely lovely, really friendly and professional. I was happy with the result and she made the experience enjoyable. That said, I was kept waiting a little while past my appointment time, and at £45, I did feel it was on the pricey side for a blow dry. Overall though, Amanda was great and I’d consider coming back because of her.

When I arrived the receptionist was lovely and very welcoming. I asked for a lighter more styled haircut with layers and I received exactly that. It was my first visit to Saks and I had the pleasure of having Stylist Anisa.
We had a lot of fun speaking while I was getting my hair done and even before that the lady who was managing the desk was lovely too and the lady who washed my hair (forgive me I didn’t catch their names)
Anisa did a great job with my hair, so friendly and made me feel at ease.
I will be back for my 6 week appointment!

I got a great welcome back having missed an appointment due to a knee fracture. I was given plenty of time to hobble around the salon without feeling a nuisance.
