Brilliant as always! Always a great service at Saks. Becca is excellent, and I enjoy the extra touches (coffee and head massage) which add to the overall customer experience. And the friendly receptionists deserve a shout out, too.

Kacy was very good at colouring my hair and gave good advice on my style.
The gif who washed my hair gave a lovely head massage and gave info on conditioner

I was lucky enough to be fit in for a last minute booking after stressing about what to do with my hair while waiting for hand injury to heal.
My hair was washed and brought back to life, and enjoyed a lovely scalp massage (unfortunately i can't remember the girls name - sorry!).

Then Amy styled my thick hair into 2 gorgeous braids to keep hair out of the way and easy to maintain, while still looking really cute and put together.

Took such a load of my shoulders - couldn't be happier with my service today.

I’ve been going to Anisa for around 2 years now and every time I come in she always gets it perfect. She is so lovely and every time I sit in the chair at the salon I know she’s going to absolutely smash it and bring my vision to life.

First time trying the t-zone highlights. Found it super quick, which is great for me because I suffer with a bad back. Really like the colour Millie done previously and Anisa just copied that. Really like ash tones and that’s what I got. Just got a trim which was nice also.

Amazing. It is the 2nd time I add balayage to the tint regrowth (to cover white hair) and I love the result. The service in Saks is excellent, they use first class products. I love the coffee too.

From start to finish was made to feel welcome and was asked if I was comfortable, if the application of the colour was ok, back wash was excellent and was treated so well. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and Becca knows her stuff and listens to what you, as the client, wants. Would 100% recommend to others

Yet another great visit to have my roots touched up. From the moment I arrive the staff are so attentive and friendly. And the head massage was excellent (really wanted to take her home with me 😄). I've had my hair done by James for over 20 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. I have curls in my hair so if you cut it wrong it's very bad! But James understands my hair and the cut (and colour) is always beautiful

Hanna is always a pro and makes my neglected hair look lovely and fresh. Always get lots of compliments about my colour and I always feel great after. As a tired mum I appreciate the very friendly and relaxed vibe at saks and from Hanna.

I wanted to tone down previous blonde highlights which looked too light and Becca truly did a superb job. Very delighted

My stylist was Shelley(not sure if its correct spelling) for 2 colour hightlight (red and blonde). I was really nervous because as asian - and my hair colour is dark, I had bad experience. I paid hundreds of pounds and barely any colour shows. Shelley did fantastic job. Not only that I have 2 colours highlight (that look visibly natural), she also cut and style my hair that suits me perfectly. I have been neglecting myself lookwise in couple of years and gained lots of weight. So this new hair make me more confident. I will def. Be back and will be booking my hair appointment with Shelley. Its hard to find hair stylist who can do wonders with my hair, and I found mine. Very happy customer indeed.
