A visit to SAKS always gives me that ‘feel good factor’ which lasts! From the minute you walk in, the friendly greeting from the receptionist, the helpful trainee and the professional care from the stylist, all add to a great experience. Leaving the salon after a visit, I am always confident that the hairstyle will be easy to maintain and will look good until my next visit.

Chelsea has time and time again cut my hair so well and in a modern “undercut” style that suits my personality and it gets many compliments!

You know every time I arrive and leave I’m happy ! Chelsea is unique and consistent ! Demonstrably courteous to me ( despite my cheek) to the Juniors around her she ALWAYS say thank you to them as they help her. Credit to you as a Company, her parents and of course Chelsea herself! Gemma is a natural master of style. If you’re looking for more rizz and less frizz, look no further. Genuinely the best. Would recommend. Banter isn’t bad either.

Lauren is a great stylist and colourist. Had a lovely head massage from her assistant while getting my hair washed and rinsed. Staff are so warm and friendly and I enjoyed a lovely peppermint tea while my colour was developing. Great experience and can't highly recommend.

I have been going to Lauren for a few years now and honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. She always listens and understands what I'm looking for and I've always loved the result. Lauren is lovely, friendly welcoming and very talented.
All the staff at Saks have always been great from the receptionists, juniors and other stylists. The juniors seam very on the ball and always appear to be working hard.
Another reason I love Saks is because my entire service takes half the time than it did and my previous salon but for a much superior results. I don't know how this works but it's much better for fitting into my day.
