I am an absolute wimp when it comes to waxing! In my head I had cancelled yesterday’s appointment more than once! I’m so glad I put my brave pants on! Jaymie is amazing as always, made me feel comfortable, laughed with me, and generally distracted me! Nails also perfect as always!!

We booked to use the hot tub room and it didn’t disappointed the staff were lovely so lovely, the spa room was fantastic using the hot tub, sauna and rainforest French showers! Would deff go back. They were very well organised following covid guidelines

This place feels like it belongs to a posh hotel..it is so well done out.
Before my treatments began I spent time in hot tub along with time in sauna.
Alex my therapist was great, she certainly had me very relaxed with treatments of Indian head massage and hopi ear along with back, head and neck, and to finish off ... a pedicure..
This place is a must, so easy to get to, along with ample parking.
I will definitely be back.

I thought the reflexology should be been much stronger especially on the pressure points but it wasn't so and the treatment time was a less than what was advertised as well. Was a little disappointed as it felt more like a foot massage than a proper reflexology

Beautiful salon, staff are all lovely and welcoming. My therapist today was Kristi who made me feel at ease throughout my treatment - very high standards of cleanliness and professionalism, reasonably priced treatments.

I have thought about writing this for the past 24 hours as I am not one to complain about anything however I think it’s necessary for you to hear that my experience within the spa was not great, the reason for my visit was that I have had an incredibly difficult and stressful year (like everyone), I was welcomed by the lady (never introduced by name) and was made to feel very welcome and the energy was good, Unfortunately my treatment was not. the treatment it’s self said (deep tissue) was included the therapist never used her arms once and the pressure was definitely not what I needed, the oil applied was awful it felt like the therapist was dry massaging my back and it actually started to feel like friction on my skin, the massage style was so quick and aggressive that it actually made me feel worse than I did when I arrived. I have physically never thought thank god when someone finishes a back massage. The therapist then moved onto the back of my legs and if she has asked any questions before the treatment she would have known I suffer from sciatica and it’s very painful for my sciatic nerve to be massaged, this was very painful and I did say at one point that it was sore however the pressure was not changed and I just has to grit my teeth, arms and chest was the only part of the treatment I enjoyed. I use lots of spas it’s my favourite thing to do for myself however even when I have a basic treatment I still always leave a gratuity for the therapist, I have never not left somthing and felt horrible doing so however what I thought was going be a relaxing hour turned out to be the complete opposite. can I please say that the girl was absolutely lovely, personality was great however the treatment was not.

So my mum and myself had the most amazing spa morning , the girls were lovely and the massage was just out of this world , I feel so relaxed and we will defiantly be going back highly recommend

It was my second facial in Granite City Spa and 3rd treatment over all and I have to say it’s 5* treatments every time. Staff are very friendly and highly qualified. My skin feels firmer and glow. I can only recommend.

Having been a customer of Beauty at the Barn previously this was my first visit to the Granite Spa and it didn't disappoint. The hot stones massage by Jaymie was excellent as always. The spa itself is stunning a 5 star experience in a 5 star environment. Looking forward to my next treatment

After a very long wait, they’re back! Had the privilege of getting gel nails today from the lovely Jaymie. As usual she made a fantastic job. Lovely conversation and I felt really relaxed. Great to see Alex and Christine and meet some of the other girls. Can’t wait for my next visit x
