Excellent service, this was my 1st visit and stylist went over everything in the chair before hand. Did not feel rushed, comfortable atmosphere
I was in for a cut and colour on a busy Saturday and found the experience to be top class. Lively service, great chat from the stylist and lovely hair to finish. All in all a lovely morning of being pampered.
Marc was very friendly and polite and checked every step of the way to make sure he got it right. Took his time cutting my hair. Lovely salon.

I booked a haircut with Norrie last minute as my long standing hairdresser had disappeared. I didn't know what to expect however I was given a fabulous haircut, Norrie also took the time to curl my hair for me also giving me a lovely look for my night out. My hair the next day after washing and giving a quick rough dry sat beautifully without having to be straightened. I was really impressed and think I have found my new hairdresser. I don't often leave reviews, but felt the need after the excellent service provided to me this morning. Hannah cut and blow dried my hair, (which hadn't been done for nearly a year!)and I was impressed with the time she took to discuss everything and offer advice/tips. Also, first time a stylist has taken so much care/time blow drying my hair. Really happy with the end result and will definitely be back.

I enjoyed my first visit here and Leanne was lovely. She made me feel at ease, listened carefully and with empathy and cut and styled my hair exactly how I had asked her to. The salon is relaxed and I also enjoyed my scalp massage while getting my hair washed. I would recommend this salon very highly.
First visit to this salon. Booked in for cut, blow dry and highlights with a base color in between the packets. Discussed color with stylist explaining my hair has a block of grey which needs broken up with two colors, she talked me out of this saying the condition wasn't great and would be best using one color only. I sought assurances that all the grey block would be coloured the same as the rest of my hair. She said it would be fine. Against my better judgement, I know my hair!, I agreed. Result was, as I predicted, instead of a grey block, I have a lighter block!?!?!?! 2 weeks down the line and I am going to have to book an appointment to have it redone. Hairdressers must learn to listen to their clients and realize that they do know their own hair best!!! Will be going elsewhere for my coloured to be redone.
I got the Itison voucher for a haircut and happened to get Hannah. She did a great job with my thick, hard to manage hair so I knew I would want to come back. Second visit was great as well. I would recommend Salonori to anyone! Thanks!
This was my first visit to the salon and Hannah did a great cut and blow dry. Have used Aveda stocked salons before but no one has ever used the anti build shampoo and conditioner on my hair before and it was amazing! Left my hair feeling soooo good even if the mint does leave your scalp super cool. The cut was excellent and was exactly what I had asked for. I think I'll go for more style and shape next time now that I feel comfortable in the knowledge that I will end up with what I ask for. Would recommend the salon to others. Building is beautiful but atmosphere was lacking although it was a midweek visit so maybe on busier days the music and atmosphere would be better.

Really good. First time going to Nori. Staff are so polite. Kelly cut my hair and did exactly what I wanted, checking with me throughout. Products used on your hair smell amazing. Also - you're not left waiting around before or during your appointment like in some other places.

I had a reverse ombré done by Hannah, and thanks to the student double discount Wednesdays it was at an amazing price! I normally hate being in the hairdressers because it takes so long but felt that even with the good service I was in and out fairly quickly so that suited me fine! Hannah gave me a really good blow dry as well, I'd probably go back just for that if I could afford it!

I've been going to Nori's for few years now and the service is always excellent. I've had a lot of compliments about the cut and colour of my hair at the various lengths that it's been. Nori does the cut but I've probably been looked after colour wise (brunette, to red to blonde and back again) by half of his team. I can't fault anything from the coffee, to the magazine selection, to the products being used to the all important staff. They are chatty if you want to chat but they are happy to just get on with taking care of business if you want to lose yourself in a magazine or as I frequently do, mess around on my iPad. The salon is bright and airy with a very chilled out atmosphere. I cannot recommend highly enough and I will be continuing my regular journeys from rural Perthshire - yes it is worth the trip!
