To much to say to sum up such amazing salon, from the minute i entered to the minute I left, i was treated and respected so much by the salon assistant jodi, what amazing fingers she’s got my shampoo was more than impressive... just made me feel so at ease and relaxed about trying a new salon, my hair was done by Donna what a job I’m in love she is so talented & creative, I will now be a regular cilent, I high recommend salon to anyone in the world.

Great all round place

My son's wedding was held in Edinburgh on 10 September 2017. I contacted Egg Salon and made an appointment. After being slightly panicked that I may not find a hairdressing salon open on a Sunday, and if I did I didn't know how my hair would turn out as the stylist wouldn't 'know' my hair. I shouldn't have worried. My appointment was with Andrew and he was amazing from start to finish. He made me feel relaxed and I had full confidence in him. My hair is fine and I had a rather heavy fascinator which he managed to fix into my hair with no problem. It stayed in place all day and through the evening. Everyone commented on how lovely my hair looked. I can highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a stylist in Edinburgh. All the staff were friendly, helpful and highly professional. Thank you very much to all the staff for helping to make the day memorable and less stressful. x

Craig just gets my colour right EVERYTIME!

Craig has been cutting and colouring my hair for the last 14 years. He always does an amazing job and I rely on him to keep my hair looking great. I couldn't imagine anyone else doing my hair as he knows my hair so well and has become a good friend. My father passed away recently and I needed my hair done at short notice to look my best for his funeral. Craig fitted me in for an appointment the same day I called and stayed late to get it done. Where else can you get such exemplary customer service.

I really enjoy my day at Egg...your first met by Adele who is so lovely, polite and very conscientious. A little gem! Then Craig takes over and does my hair... I take his advice on board because I respect him as an experienced hairdresser. (And director) I never know what I want but he listens to me and takes the time with the cut and colour leaving me feeling pretty good about myself. Fab. I always have a lovely few hours in the hands of Craig and Adele and come away feeling very pampered! Would definitely recommend Egg without a doubt. Go now!
