Was nice to meet Andrew today and visit Medusa for the first time. Lovely chap, great cut and friendly banter....he also managed to be incredibly diplomatic about my rather bad self-hair-dye effort so obviously a consummate professional! Will be back, thanks.

Very happy with my cut and colour. As ever, it was personalised to suit my individual style, preference and personality, and Craig's expertise ensured it is very much on trend.

Excellent care provided from all staff. Clean environment and friendly. Craig was very clear on what he would do and the processes involved. Can't fault this salon at all.

I got the Yuko hair straightening treatment a couple of months ago. At first I was unsure about the treatment due to the cost, however, I couldn't be happier with the results. My hair has always been difficult... it's naturally a bit wavy, but not properly curly. I would straighten it within an inch of it's life, and then before I'd even left the house it would start kinking and frizzing. Outside was even worse, any moisture or wind, any elements at all and it would never stay how I would like it. So I ended up never wearing it down. Just really badly behaved hair! Since having the treatment I now feel like I have "normal" hair! It behaves! I've worn it down in different weather conditions, sunshine, even rain!! And it actually stays straight! Miracle for my hair! I can dry it naturally too and have it wavy, actual nice non fizzy waves! I now have the best of both worlds. Couldn't be happier with the results! I wish I'd done this year's ago...my boyfriend said I no longer moan about my hair every morning! Because I don't have to fight with it anymore! Craig, thankyou so much for recommending this treatment! Worth every penny! Xxxx

I've just been to a 3 day intensive speakers convention and coming to the salon really did soothe my soul. I arrived quite tense, drained and with a splitting headache. I left with a spring in my step and smile on my face. Oh and I loved my new "cheeky" hairstyle. Thanks Craig.

I have been coming to Craig for the last few years for a Japanese Yuko treatment. My hair is naturally curly and very frizzy so this treatment has totally changed my life. I am able to wash my hair and it dries poker straight! I have been having this treatment for many years but I had never received a truly perfect treatment until I came to Craig. Not only is my hair poker straight, it is also super shiny and soft after the treatment. I am approaching 50 so my hair is definitely going through changes, like the rest of me! When I leave the salon, I truly feel like a giddy teenager! Great service, great chat and a truly exceptional treatment from a true professional. Craig is just brilliant.

I went to Medusa with one wish - to walk in as a brunette and walk out as a blonde. From my initial consultation with Andrew to my appointment, communication and expectations were discussed and Andrew took great care to achieve the results I wanted. I left Medusa looking like a different woman, happier with my colour and cut than I ever have been!! I cannot recommend enough. If you want to leave with even better results than you initially planned for, go to Medusa!

Craig worked utter magic on my hair yesterday. He softened and evened my strawberry blonde tones, cut a great shape whilst leaving the length and transformed that texture of my hair using Nioxin products. Today my hair feels soft, and healthy. The colour is beautiful! Thank you Craig!
