Marco is absolutely fantastic! His professionalism shines through in every cut and style. The atmosphere at Medusa is truly magical, thanks to his warm personality and attention to detail. I always leave feeling amazing!

Not only is he very talented and skilled at what he does. He listens to you, and consoles with you for what would and wouldn’t work. Always does a fantastic job, and makes me feel like a better version of myself every time. I let him use his creativity and never have regretted it as he makes sure it will suit me. Worth every penny.

I’ve been getting my hair done with Marco since 2019, and he just gets better and better! He is amazing and he knows exactly what I want and what’s best for my hair. I don’t even have to tell him what I want, he just knows and we just get started straight away!

Chloe was so good at listening to what my daughter was hoping for in her cut and then soliciting her feedback throughout. My daughter is thrilled with her cut and we had the nicest time chatting. Great salon location, incredibly friendly staff, clean, welcoming and professional… it was a really positive experience.

I love hair day at Medusa. It’s not just about getting my hair done but knowing that I have 100% confidence that my hair will look amazing from Paul with the care and attention he provides to my hair with his knowledge and professionalism It is also about the welcome, the atmosphere, the friendliness of all the staff, it’s like visiting old friends and catching up.

Charley puts you at ease and you feel relaxed. I wanted to change from dark to blonder hair with highlights.Charley recommended balayage as this would give a softer look with less regrowth. I appreciate her honest advice and skillful colouring. I'm very happy and it looks
more natural and healthy.

I arrived at the salon feeling fed up and not knowing what I wanted to do with my hair. It is quite long and thick and I was feeling that it was overwhelming me a bit and had been a bit wild when travelling recently. I had thought I may ask Paul to cut it all off although I have previously done this hoping for a miracle face lift effect and regretted it 🤣. Paul took time to discuss with me and look at my hair and suggested a lot more layers to remove weight. The resulting cut is beautiful and immediately made me feel better, I even told Paul that he made me feel glamorous! Hair is much easier to look after, looks good without me having to work hard at it and it feels good too. I only wish that I had found Paul when I was a lot younger so I could have had many more good hair years.

Just got a lovely cut and dry by miss Charley she was very sweet and very understanding of what I wanted the consultation was very thorough. The cut and style is fabulous and very well done, I’ve never had such a sweetie do my hair I 10/10 recommend her!

I’ve seen Marco for my hair twice now and each time I have left the salon feeling so happy with my hair. Marco takes his time and knows how to take care of my hair. I always look forward to hair day!

I’ve been one of Paul’s clients for years, but when he couldn’t fit me in this week (my fault as I had to change my booking at short notice) I booked in with Marco. He was great and I can absolutely say that all the hairdressers here are absolutely brilliant!

This was my first time at the salon and I am so pleased with my hair cut & colour. It's a nice relaxed atmosphere, with friendly and helpful staff. I had Emma as my stylist and she was excellent from start to finish. I felt she understood the look I was going for and she was able to advise me on what would suit me as well as how to style my hair. Highly reccomend and I will 100% be back.

Visited Medusa for a cut and blow dry with Jess today. She is so helpful and knowledgeable and talked through what I wanted and she advised what would work out the best as trying to grow out my layers. Love my new haircut. Would not think of going anywhere else now after my second visit to Jess at Medusa.

My hair is just as I asked for, Paul always listens too what you want and that is exactly what I got a perfect head of highlights and a good haircut.

Ellie was amazing, she knew exactly what I was looking for and my colour/cut is better than I could’ve imagined. Delighted with the results.
