Today was new salon and stylist so little nervous.As soon as I walked in the team were really busy but still gave me a warm welcome, so friendly.
Emma was the stylist she was outstanding, she talked me through my options during my consultation even recommending best hair products. The results were outstanding, she is a true professional, a gem, she is a very confident,talented, friendly and extremely knowledgable stylist, with a wealth of experience. She made me feel so comfortable and I walked out with amazing new style and colour. If you've never been to Mudusa in Hanover St then you are missing out on a truly outstanding experience. Ellie is honestly amazing !!! I have been with Ellie for a while now. She knows my hair so well and always recommends the best products for my hair. I was seen by Charley who is a hairdresser student, at first she was nervous about doing my hair as it was a style she had not done herself before (shaggy mullet). She proceeded to knock it out the park and give me exactly what I wanted- super friendly, lovely and will defo be asking to see her again!

Got a total hair colour correction today from the amazing Ellie she's a wee angel so she is has so much time for her clients and always makes you feel great , she's such a loving , caring and bubbly young women who has the time to sit and listen to exactly what you want . I wouldn't change her for the world highly recommended.

Paul has been cutting my hair for longer than I care to remember which says it all really. But it always feels fresh and we’re always trying something different. Everyone in the salon is super friendly and I can usually get an appointment on an evening which brilliant given my work schedule.

When I arrived Marco apologised saying he would be a few minutes late but 25 minutes late for my 10:40 appointment is not acceptable.

Marco is the balayage expert - I always get perfectly blended and natural looking highlights. He is also very efficient which is great. Lovely salon and friendly staff.

Jess took time to chat through with me my concerns about my hair postpartum and together we came up with a plan that was best for me. I’m so happy with how she cut and styled it. I felt very welcomed by all the other staff there and I loved the music that was playing in the salon.

It was really a really good experience and everyone was nice. My hair feels silky and beautiful.

Had the most relaxing hair appointment hairdresser listened to exactly what I wanted went with my natrual growth and condition and colour are really sparkling to ne cheered me right up thank you again

Just had a lovely morning at the saloon and came out with pretty hair and a big smile. The atmosphere is relaxed but professional and Kerry could not have done a better job at making me feel comfortable at my first Medusa experience. Would 100% recommend!
