I've been going to Sonia for about 5years for my cut and colour. She does fabulous work and the salon banter is great. Rolo the salon pup is always the best welcome too.

I have recently moved to Edinburgh from London and was very nervous about going to a new hairdresser. I needn’t have worried as Kerry and her team were amazing. Having ruined my hair with a home colour, Kerry was amazing at sorting it out. Love, love, love my Highlights and the cut is fantastic, best I have had. Also some very good drying tips from Kerry to manage my fine hair. Love this salon and have already booked my next appointment. Very reasonable on cost too?

I was visiting Edinburgh for a night out so not my normal salon. Sonia made sure she fully understood what I wanted and it was perfect. Beautiful curls in my very straight hair and they lasted all night. Lovely salon too. Staff all friendly. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend.
What can I say - Sonia is a baby whisperer! Only reason for 3Star on value is because he didn’t have very much hair!

A great experience as it always is. I’m loving the new toner and cut and getting compliments within minutes of walking out is always a great feeling and just shows how well Sonia knows what suits me.
Sonia us a great hairdresser, knows her stuff and friendly with it. Love the colour and i always relax with the super head massage too. Definitely my fav salon and still competitively priced.

When on holiday in Edinbourgh I booked next day cut and blow dry with McLaren Ross. I am very happy with the haircut and the time at the salon was very pleasant too, with complimentary drink, nice atomospher and most of all great service. Recommended!
I visited the salon today for a colour and cut/blow dry and am extremely happy with the results. Apart from the excellent service the entire salon crew were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and despite the fact this is by no means the salon closest to where I live, I will most definitely be returning.

I gave a second chance to this salon after a friend told me she was really happy with it, and specially with Kerry. I thus decided to book myself with Kerry. I wasnt blown away by the shampooing part unfortunatly which was done by a trainee I think we can forgive... The hairdresser, Kerry was absolutely great and professional. Love the haircut I left with and the detailed explanation about my hair style and conditions. They have now a new customer in their list.

After looking for many years to find a salon I like, I’ve finally found mclaren ross and I love it! Kerry, Sonia and Lucy are all absolutely lovely and make you feel so welcome!
