Jo looked after me from the minute I arrived, I was fairly anxious as going from long hair to short, however Jo reassured me and asked lots of questions so I was out at ease. I’m delighted with the result and have already rebooked.

It's about 6 months since my last visit so there was plenty of hair to play with. Colin asked what I was after and as usual I left it up to him because I totally trust he will only do what suits me!! The salon was clean and socially distance adhered to. I sanitised my hands with sanitizer provided and left my contact details. Screens were in place between wash basins and my hair was quickly swept up. I felt very safe x

My stylist was Connor and he has made me feel unbelievably good about myself. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted and he has given me a cut that I am in love with.

Went in today for a long overdue colour and Kate did her usual fantastic job even with the added difficulty of self applied box dye needing fixed too. The staff and experience are always lovely and I cannot recommend enough!

Delighted with my cut and colour advice, and with Connor's no-judgement policy on my lockdown attempts at fringe trimming. So glad you're back!

It was great to be back at the salon. I fancied a change of colour and Kate was excellent at listening and I am so pleased with the change. Nothing was too much and she made sure I was happy with everything. It was very relaxed, even under current climate, and I am very happy with result.

Really delighted to have been contacted by the salon and offered an early appointment slot. As ever, a fantastic service, Marnie really listens and cuts and colours my hair brilliantly, I would not go anywhere else! I had a lovely experience, with a lovely head massage from the staff member who washed my hair.

I could tell the salon was busy and fully booked with customers but Connor did not keep me waiting at all and made me feel relaxed and welcome. I'm extremely pleased with my haircut Connor delivered exactly what I wanted. I will certainly be back again.

I was scared to try a new stylist but I needn't have worried as Marie was as every bit as nice and capable of creating a masterpiece with my hair.

The hair stylist I had was superb, I couldn't of faulted to be honest. From the advice I was given to up keep and condition my hair, from the consultation I really appreciate the honesty in not dying my hair and shows that you really take care in the work you do. From the other staff welcoming me at the door and providing water with friendly atmosphere. I overall had a good experience and loved the outcome of my hair. I feel so much better with the treatment I had and the style is beautiful. Thank you ??

I actually had Symone but her name wasn’t on the list. Had a great experience at Medusa, loved the treatment and cut. My hair feels great. All the COVID precautions were great. Really good service.

Symone did such an amazing job and really made an effort to understand exactly what I wanted. I asked for a natural copper balayage and it came out even better than I could've imagined!! I'm so happy with the service and I'll definitely be coming back :)

Brilliant cut, every aspect of my cut is precision and I love it. I’m fussy so Kate keeps asking questions as she’s cutting my hair - which I love. Always delighted. Can’t recommend Kate and indeed Medusa highly enough.

Came in to get my hair done by Kate, gave little help as I’m useless with it but Kate managed to just somehow know what I wanted!! I love it!! Will be back soon to maintain!

Kate was so lovely and helpful during my entire visit. She talked me through everything she was doing to make sure I was happy and spent time showing me how to style my new fringe which I am so grateful for! I didn’t catch the name of the girl who greeted me and washed my hair but she was so lovely and chatty and her head massage was 10/10! To top it off, they are currently running a 50% discount for individuals working in hospitality which is such a lovely thing to do, greatly appreciated! I would not hesitate to return to Medusa as I felt so comfortable there. Thank you!
