Iv been getting my hair coloured for 20years and this is the happiest I have ever been with the colour . It’s so well done, natural yet interesting . If you are thinking of switching to this salon, don’t think , just do it !

Kat is the best hairstylist ever, she listens to what I want but also has lots of initiative in suggesting what she thinks will look good. I've had consistently great cuts from her, lots of style & sass, and I get plenty of compliments!

Had my first pro colour experience in *whispers* 20 years, and very hard to imagine going back to a box now. I wanted a vibrant red and a new style and Kat talked me through the whole process and delivered exactly what i wanted, and more! Lovely team. Highly recommend. X

I visited Medusa after a disaster with my hairdresser of 7 years, booked an appointment on the Sunday for the Monday with their easy to use online booking service. The thought of visiting a new hairdresser is always daunting, however from the moment I walked in I felt at ease and in safe hands. Talked through my issues with Lauryn along with the colour and cut I was looking for and she absolutely nailed it, brilliant stylist and she just seemed to get it!
Lauryn delivered exactly what I was looking for and she is so lovely.
Can’t wait to go back.

Peter is most assuredly a cut above any other hairdresser we’ve ever been to. All our family have our hair cut by Peter, he’s the best there is, the whole experience is just perfection!

I am a full time worker and mother of three who has no time for hair. So I love three glasses of prosecco over an hour, hair colour and Nicola very kindly offered a blow dry. Just really nice people.

Another great visit to Medusa Stockbridge. I'm not in Edinburgh very often, so I always ask for a haircut that will grow out well and last. Really happy with it and also the great extras - amazing head massage, really good cup of tea and the Salty Dog texture spray. Thank you ?

I have booked for balyage and took a picture with me to show what look I was hoping to achieve. Unfortunatelly some how I ended up leaving salon with highlights. I was in hurry that day and did not pay too much attention to finish,but reliesed soon it was not as requested. But I got in touch and they managed to book me for another appointment within couple of days. I was treated the same way as any other customer, they all were lovely and Nicola fixed my hair to the way I initially wanted. I love my hair now and will be going back. I would definitely recommend this place...
